Clean room and good, safe car parking

Although i booked a room for three people, i e. myself, my wife, and my 16 yrs old daughter, the staff at check -in asked for 10 more euros for the extra bed. The extra 'bed' was actually more like a stretcher, with a thin, hard 'nattress', all of which i have photos of. My daughter did not sleep very well I expect to be refunded at leasy the ten euros, although i do not know if Booking.com or the hotel is at fault.

Room was designed like a cinema museum - very unusual, but will be remembered for long

We chose this hotel just because it was on our way. And it was a good choice. We had a nicely decorated room with a nice small terrace on the ground floor. We were very tired and the super restaurant staff brought us drinks directly to the terrace. We spent a nice evening in privacy, but with service. Thank you.

Both the pool and the bathroom could deserve an upgrade.

The location was good in relation to where we needed to be

The hotel had a pool but it wasn’t very clean and not maintained Breakfast was only served in your room and the menu wasn’t available in English. The bathrooms ave very outdated and need to be upgraded urgently First evening meal was fine but the second was a different matter. We were asked if we needed a table for evening meal, we asked for a table inside at 7pm and were told it has to be outside and 8pm so we agreed on 7.30. Took an age of o get drinks at the bar, there were staff about but nobody serving, when they did my beer was frozen. We sat down just after 7.30 and start d to look at the menus, 10 min later we were all moved (4 groups) to inside the hotel due to rain. After sitting at the table for 10 min we got our own menus. More people started arriving who’s orders were then taken before ours at just after 8.30 where they’d not asked us for more drinks or to take out food order, we all left to find somewhere else. We were also asked to pay our bills the night before we checked out as apparently it’s difficult for them to take payments in the morning Best suggestion would be to book somewhere else
