🫥🤬😡Not even the door mat. Everything is nonsense
I Totally request anyone who are going to book at this hotel, Please rethink and dont even think of booking. Waste of money and no value for your self-respect. No visitors allowed. I did not complete the stay. I vacated the facility on the same night. Due the response and behaviour from the staff and management. The photos provided are only for manipulation. The actual rooms doesnt even come close to half the size of that in the picture. Total dissatisfaction and disappointment. I checked in at 3:00pm evng and checked out at 10:00pm noght on the same day. I needed to stay for 3 days. I had find another place at that time. Very rude and rash behaviour. They treated me and my companions as if we had come to tear apart the place. I think its a coverup of something. They actualy do not need any customers. I dont know if some haf used the room after i checked out as i had time till next day noon.

Location is the plus point, it is close to the Kozhikode New Bus stand. Hence it is a happening road.
Lot of options nearby to eat and there are two malls close to this location. All popular places in Kozhikode are within 2-3 kms radius.
Value for money, as you will get a big room with ample space for accommodating an extra bed. The bathroom is nice and clean with a bath-tub.
There are tow lifts but one is archaic with grilled doors and the other lift is slow and not enough for a hotel of this size. Some new high speed lifts would help.

Location is good, easy to reach of main locations in city. It’s in the heart of the city, but no disturbances. Staff were very Coperative. Value for money

The location was very good and was right at the heart of the city. The food was also good.
The rooms were not as good as in the photos. The bathrooms were small and the doors didn’t shit properly. Had to apply force to do it.
