great shower pressure, comfy and warm
wifi wasn’t good.

Perfect holiday house, nicely decorated, well appointed, warm and very clean. Great location too, within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
We only could stay one night.

The oven door was broken. Doesn't shut properly. The oven still worked fine though.

WIFI did not work at all (all 5 guests could not connect). Freezer was dirty along with cobwebs in the amenities that had been there for quite some time. There was also no light globe at all in a bedroom.

great facilities, close to town. walkable or an easy as drive. Fruit on the tree!
unable to get internet connection at all. The signal was either too weak or too slow. Would have been handy to book a winery tour.

Excellent location, close to shopping and the harbour. House had two toilets and showers which suited our group of four individual travellers. Not flash but clean and comfortable ; felt like home.

The photos showed a bath and shower unit. Unfortuntely no bath to find...
No coffee plunger , a bit disappointing.
on the phone there was a offer of a bottle of wine for making a viewing happening, never received...

It’s very comfort and clean house, big living room suit for group of friend drink something and chat relax
One of shower room the shower tap handle was broken so hard to control water and shower drain not draining smoothly

Excellent facilities. We just had one night to fill in before catching the train south.
This place was close to amenities in town and to catch the train the following day. It would have been good if we could have brought our dog as as it was my husband could not stay but had to travel on with the dog. We had been staying elsewhere in Picton with the dog, but found we had to stay an extra night to catch the train. Still we will remember this place another time if we are here without a dog.

Loved it. A nice house for my family. Rochelle was so warm and kind enough to warm up the house prior to our arrival which made a world of difference. Wifi was awesome. Great kitchen facility.
