Best villa we have stayed in. 7 people in total - 3 teens and 4 parents. Standard of villa very high. Town great. Walking distance to town. 3 girls (17, 15 and 14) could safely explore on their own. Food in restaurants good and lovely area. Supermarket close by. Great to have beds changed and bathrooms cleaned after a week. Would highly recommend.

The Villa is wonderful, we had a lovely time here, and hardly moved away from the pool for the first few days.
It is a simple down hill walk into the lovely town.

This is a high spec property. Everything we could want for 8 people. Very spacious on three levels. Ideal layout for us and our three grown up children and their partners.

We had a fantastic time at this villa. The communication was great throughout with quick responses. When we arrived, the villa was better than the pictures! It had everything we needed and more! With an abundance of utensils and equipment which made our stay stress-free. Air-con in all of the rooms too.
Walking distance to the town (10-15mins) and local beach (15-20mins). We drove to a few beach coves (20mins) and to the waterfalls (60 mins).
We were a group of 8 girls and this seemed to be a safe neighbourhood for us. We had a fun night out in Saxos too!
We hired cars to drive from Alicante airport which was helpful as taxis seemed difficult to get- but there was great parking at the villa.
Overall we had a perfect stay- could not thank you enough! We hope to come back!

We spent a week in this loveley house.
Perfect with a fully equipped apartment on the bottom floor for the family with a toddler.
We spent many wonderfull evnings in the "diningroom with the doors opened.
The pool area was excellent with pleanty of sunbeds for everyone.

We were 4 couples holidaying together so the separate accommodation levels worked well, we also had family that lived locally visit so the outside space, lower level kitchen land bbq was excellent. Only thing missing was an information folder.

The Villa Albaron well what can you say about it, it is a fantastic place to stay in a very convenient place in a nice
area.The villa itself has amazing accommodation from bedrooms to living area's,The lower level had great pool and bbq area. There were seven of us and there was plenty room for all. All I can say is go and stay there
you'll all have a fantastic vacation in a beautiful place.

Excellent location (lovely views as well) and villa very well equipped - they had everything you needed.

located close to the town, supermarkets and within easy walking distance of both beaches. Property is very good with 3 double bedrooms and one twin room, all have ensuites or close bathroom. Downstairs kitchen is ideal for food by the pool and 2 good BBQ. Plenty of seating areas in and out of the shade

I recently had an incredible stay with my family in a holiday villa in Moraira, Spain. From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the villa's fantastic location. It was within walking distance of the charming town of Moraira, which meant we had easy access to all the amenities and attractions nearby.
One of the first things that caught our attention was how clean and well-maintained the villa was. Everything was neatly organized, and it was evident that attention had been paid to every detail to ensure guests feel right at home. The interior was stylish and comfortable, with ample space for our family of four adults and a three-year-old.
One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful swimming pool. It was spacious and well-maintained, perfect for cooling off during the hot days. Our three-year-old had the time of his life in the pool, and we all enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers around the pool while taking in the beautiful surroundings.
As for the amenities, we were not disappointed. The villa was equipped with everything we needed, from a fully-equipped kitchen where we could prepare delicious meals to comfortable beds, a spacious living room, and a dining area where we could enjoy meals together. Additionally, there was ample parking space for two cars, which was very convenient.
The location of the villa was also perfect for us. We could easily walk to the town of Moraira, where we could enjoy cozy restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches. It was nice to take an evening stroll and soak in the atmosphere of the town without having to worry about finding parking.
Overall, our stay in this holiday villa in Moraira was an unforgettable experience. The location within walking distance of Moraira town, the clean and well-maintained villa, the abundance of amenities, and the delightful swimming pool made it the perfect choice for our family vacation. We would highly recommend this villa to others looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Moraira.

Our wider family (10 of us of all ages) thoroughly enjoyed the villa facilities. Most notably the spacious accommodation, lovely mature grounds, excellent pool area and views of Penyal D'Ifach / sea.
Location of the villa is a significant attraction with only a short walk to the lovely town of Moraira and its beach / marina.
A most enjoyable holiday that has given us a lot of great memories!

Superb Villa.
Fantastic Villa in a great position for all amenities.
Town is 10 minute walk and a lovely Indian Restaurant only 5 minutes walk. You can even walk to Supermarket in 7-8 minutes. Everything is so convenient.
The Villa itself is beautiful and well kept.
We had a fabulous time, the only downside was that we were only there for 7 days 😢.

Probably due a bit of an update.
We need to caveat the review by saying that we needed to move out after 2 days as there were serious roadworks happening outside the villa that shook the building 8am-6pm. Although the hosts would have known about this before our arrival (and it would have been nice to be able to find a new villa before we arrived rather than half way though) they were very good with offering a refund.
In terms of the villa, it’s split into 3 parts so the bedrooms are all on three separate levels which isn’t great when you’ve got a young family as you want to be able to access them in the night. The upstairs kitchen is definitely dated, as are the toaster etc. Downstairs kitchen is well appointed.

Wonderful villa
We had a fantastic time in this villa. Perfectly placed for beach, town, supermarkets. Plenty of space for everyone, its a shame the weather was poor so we couldn't enjoy the pool very much. We will just have to
go back when the sun is shining :)

Härlig semestervilla nära havet
Vi var ett sällskap på 8 personer varav 2 ungdomar som tillbringade en höstlovsvecka i Villa Mar Alboran. Våra förväntningar efter att ha sett bilderna på huset och läst recensionerna var mycket höga och de infriades till fullo.
Villan ligger i en sluttning med fantastisk utsikt mot Calpeklippan, havet, omkringliggande berg och andra vackra bostäder. Vackra solnedgångar förgyllde kvällarna. Bra lokalisering med närhet till bad, restauranger, butiker som nås på promenadavstånd. Med bil når man lätt sevärdheter som Guadalest uppe i bergen, Javea, Denia, Altea, Benidorm och Alicante mm.
Den välskötta Medelhavsträdgården som omger villan och poolområdet är mycket vacker och förstärks kvällstid av att vara upplyst.
Huset i tre etage upplevs som rymligt och är perfekt för att ge lite privat sfär för var och en av de boende och samtidigt mysiga sällskapsutrymmen både ute och inne. På mellanplanet blir den inglasade verandan med betagande panoramautsikt en given samlingsplats. All tänkbar utrustning ingår i boendet så inget saknas.
Sammanfattningsvis var alla i gruppen helnöjda med vistelsen i Villa Mar Alboran och kan varmt rekommendera en vecka eller flera i detta exklusiva och fräscha boende.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay
We have just returned from a fabulous fortnight at this villa.
The villa was perfect for our family and had so many little extras such as pool toys, child plates and cutlery, umbrellas and more which helped us feel really at home. It was also spotlessly clean.
We used the outside space daily - the pool was lovely and the gardens were emasculate.
The location is fantastic, 5 minute walk to Moraira shops and restaurants and walking distance to two beaches.
The view from the two balconies is amazing (better than it looks in the pictures!)
Overall a fantastic place to stay - we can’t recommend it enough.

Just spectacular!
From the moment we booked our stay, Krister was fantastic with communication. Prompt replies to Al our enquiries.
We travelled with grandparents and our 2 young children. The villa catered to everyone's needs. Great check in process.
The villa itself is amazing, with breathtaking views. The photos don't do it justice. The pool was clean and maintained whilst we were there.
The rooms are spacious and the 2 kitchens very well equipped. The bbq area was brilliant and we used it almost daily.
Thank you for a fantastic stay. We will be back!

Belle location
Les gerants sont très disponibles et ont toujours repondu rapidement a nos demandes. La maison est propre, les lits confortables. La vue est tres belle et la maison tres bien situee, le centre ville est accessible a pied sans probleme
On regrette juste quelques points:
la disposition de la maison sur 3 niveaux ce qui aurait pu poser probleme si notre famille avait ete composee differemment: une chambre de 2 au 2e, une chambre de 2 au niveau de la piscine et deux chambres au rez de chaussee non reliees par des escaliers interieurs
la vaisselle n'etait pas tres propre
un seul torchon
pas d'huile ni vinaigre, rien pour nous accueillir ce qui souvent le cas dans les locations de ce prix

Excellent villa - top quality
We were very impressed by the facilities and quality of the villa. Furnishings and equipment were top quality. Gardens and pool area including the barbecue are excellent. I’ve never been in a villa which was so well equipped . We loved the beautiful enclosed terrace which we used for pre dinner drinks and special dining evenings.

Loved our stay
The villa layout worked perfectly for our family. Having the kitchen poolside was perfect. Location also perfect, easy walk to town even with pushchair. A few niggles like broken parasols (one was replace though) and hob didn’t work in downstairs kitchen which was a bit of a pain having to go upstairs to cook. Overall we had a lovely holiday and loved the villa

The property was great and had everything we needed as a family with four young children, plus two grandparents joined the party. This villa was absolutely fantastic. It was so clean. Super easy to get to, Rasa met us with the Keys even though we arrived late at night. Fantastic location. 10 minute walk for us to the centre-with 2 little ones (3&4). More difficult walk on the way back- so would recommend taking a buggy if you have little ones. Taxi service in the centre though, which we used regularly.
Overall has an absolutely fantastic stay, would definitely recommend to others, hoping to return in the near future.

Luxury villa in perfect location
Our seventh stay in Moraira. Villa Alboran was perfect in every way for our party of four generations. Top quality furnishings and equipment. 0Lovely pool maintained to high standard. Exotic plants and landscaping. Close proximity to town and beach. No need for car. Wonderful!!

Excellent 2 week stay
We were 7 people and the layout suited us perfectly , it was clean and was exactly as represented in the photos
It is an easy walk into Moraira which has lots of wonderful restaurants and bars , this was particularly important as we had our 2 grown up sons with us
A must visit restaurant is Kosta! Which we had on the final night although to be fair all restaurants were very good
On the 2 weekends we were there we had the Moraira music festival and the re-enactment of the Moors V the Christians battle for the Castle , the parade on Sunday evening was spectacular

Magical Moraira
From the very start of process, booking the villa to answering any questions it was a seamless affair. The villa was in fantastic condition as were all amenities provided. The pool was brilliant and location wise, perfect for a short walk into town.
