Diese Unterkunft hat alles, was es für einen wirklich entspannten und angenehm Aufenthalt braucht. In einem freundlichen kleinen Ort mit historischen Gebäuden und idyllischen Gässchen gelegen, bietet sie sehr saubere und geräumige Zimmer sowie einen großzügigen Aufenthaltsraum, in dem auch das Frühstück serviert wird. Selbstgebackenes Brot und Kuchen, Eier von den eigenen Hühnern sowie auch Käse und Schinken werden liebevoll von Francesco serviert. Überhaupt sind es die Herzlichkeit der Familie, die interessanten Gespräche und auch die guten Tipps für die Umgebung, die Rosa del Barone so besonders machen. Schön, dass es solche Orte noch gibt.

Everything was great. I only regret we did not have more time to walk around the village as it is really picturesque and all the people, including the host, were super friendly.

Great place. Great stuff. They prepared breakfast for us - it was not even included in the price. They also helped us reach and book a restaurant for dinner. If you are traveling in this area, it is a must visit place.

The room has everything needed and is big. It is located in an Appartment including an equipped kitchen where everything is at disposal. The village is very small but cute and nicely located on the way from Matera to the Vesuvio and Naples. Very nice mountain views around. We had dinner at the owner's small Restaurant and he was very kind and nice to us , the food was great for excellent value.

It was cold in the appartment overall and the and room. So I would be a little concerned about coming here in the winter. But we had blankets and warm bed sheets at disposal so we did not get cold at night.

It is a lovely place with very nice personel, which I guess are the owners. The price was really GOOD and the breakfast was included. It is a GOOD place to stop od your wat in between Amalfi and Puglia, close to Matera.

Amazing scenery, great host, very friendly willing to help, made me a freshly squeezed orange juice.

It's a great place that I would strongly recommend. We were hosted by the owner who gave us good advice about things to visit in the area. We eat downstairs (in what used to be a restaurant). There was no menu so they asked if antipasto, simple tomato pasta and wine would be OK - of course it was and it was lovely. (There are not many eating options nearby!) The room was clean, with sufficient facilities and WIFI.

It wasn't clear to us where we should park our car, so we parked nearby and then walked to the B&B.
