Very good location, close to several options for shopping, restaurants and bars. Very good breakfast, with eggs, fresh fruit, delicious coffee, bread… A lot of options and always some local options available. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was very big and the bed very spacious. Amenities like conditioner, body lotion and others were available.
The windows were quite thin and it was easy to hear some noise from the street.

First of all, the employees are awesome, Rigoberto was ready for anything we need, Alexis is a great driver and on time, the rest of the crew were so nice and respectful.
Just about the clubs around the hotel, the noisy. But we just closed the bathroom door and it was fine.

Great place! Good and safe location, the Miraflores sights are fine to reach by foot, even Barranco could be reached. Several restaurants, cafés, bars are close. Staff was speaking good English and was helpful. The room was beautiful, comfy, enough place. Breakfast was also amazing.
Only thing is, that there was a bar with music next to it, so I needed some earplugs to fall asleep.... but it was not too loud!

The neighborhood is not the nicest. I didn't feel unsafe, but I was not completely comfortable. The windows are not soundproof, so there was a lot of street noise throughout the night.

We were told by this hotel prior to staying there that a taxi to the airport should cost 35 sol, and that taxi drivers would charge 70 sol to take advantage of tourists. We had reception at Tierra Viva book us a taxi to the airport for the following morning. The next morning, the front desk insisted that the rate was 70 sol to the airport. We felt very taken advantage of.

Location was decent.
Diana was 1000 great. However her boss and manager of the hotel Miss Claudia had a very rude with a completely unprofessional attitude.
I do not recommend this hotel for the simply fact that if you were to run into any problem the manager is absolutely useless.
Also, beside the decent location. I don't seem to find the value ratio.
