Right on the beach, the staff is really kind, the place is quiet but also not too far from restaurants. Wonderful because it is a small convivial hotel. Having a scooter or car is even better to go about. It was perfect to go with a our young child as he could play on the beach, the water is shallow so safe for children and no big waves. The pool is very nice and has a part very shallow for small children.

Great location away from the hustle & bustle but not too hard to get to with your own vehicle. Beautiful property right on the beach with a nice pool and reception staff were fantastic.

Dian the manager was very sweet and informative. The beach is quiet and a bit off the beaten tourist path which is exactly what we were looking for.

Being low season the restaurant wasnt open but theres enty of other places nearby.

They have the wrong location listed on here. We drove to the wrong one and had to pay double for the taxi. I was hoping for some sort of compensation since it was their responsibility to have the correct address listed but nothing was offered. Then on checkout day , a man in reception tried to charge me 1k baht for bedsheets & towel because they had a bloodstain (my gf had that time of the month). I ended up just paying 500. Maybe I’m wrong but I just found that odd. On top of that he rang us a taxi which he charged 400 baht for a 10minute drive & insisted we payed up front. In Thailand that’s expensive so I knew he was taking his cut for it which I sort of understand but the way he went about it along with the previous incidents just gives me the vibe that they just want to milk you for money. Other then that everything about the place was pretty good

amazing pool, lovely staff and very comfortable rooms. we loved the use of free kayaks to paddle during sunset and they also had bikes to use which we did!

the location is quite remote and there isn’t loads around, it’s quiet and it’s nice to be away from everything as well

Dien was fantastic as a host, it was the perfect tranquil place for our honeymoon. Lipa Noi beach is gorgeous, and we had free bikes for movement and kayaks. The info given was superb. Can't wait to stay again.

The restaurant of the resort was closed .... And If you don't have motorbike or car the restaurants near to the resort is very expensive for Thai food

Lovely, relaxing place, right on the beach in a peaceful and secluded area of Koh Samui. The room was light an airy, just as in the photos. Nice breakfast options. The sea was like a calm warm bath! The staff were exceptionally friendly. Really loved our few days here.

Jacuzzi wasn’t working, but partly my fault because I was enjoying the place so much I never mentioned it until we were leaving.

we only stayed one night but very polite and friendly staff - helped us with our bags as soon as we arrived - plenty of bits in the room; robe, flip flops etc. large bed. homely room. right on a lovely beach

Quiet and peaceful location with your own private beach on your doorstep. Jacuzzi right in front. Bicycles free to use. Hammocks and swing on the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cute french bulldog at the property. The room is excellent and you can stay here for weeks as it so comfortable.

A bit far from everything but a good thing if you like peace and quiet. The restaurants in the area are a bit expensive so make sure you rent a car or bike.
