Les chambres sont les plus attrayantes et les plus confortables. Il y a quatre chambres: la chambre principale a un lit king-size avec salle de bain attenante et 3 chambres avec lits jumeaux. L'une des chambres peut être zippée pour former un lit king size. Canapé-lit dans le salon pour 9ème et 10ème personne. Tous les draps, serviettes et literie sont inclus. Veuillez noter que la 4ème chambre ne possède pas de fenêtre.
L'appartement est idéalement situé pour accéder au centre-ville animé avec sa nouvelle ville unique et sa charmante vieille ville. Il est également desservi par le bus Airlink et à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Haymarket.

Edinburgh condo
This condo is beautiful and was able to accomodate our group of 10 surprisingly well. The indoor pool (located on the first floor) is phenomenal and such a treat after spending a day walking in the cool, drizzly Scottish weather. The host was very responsive, meeting us there to walk us through how to use the appliances, the checkout process, and any questions we had. They even provided coffee pods, bread, milk, and marmalade to start us off. We would happily stay here again!

Agnes was super responsive/friendly. The flat was very nice with enough space for 7, good light, and hot showers. Nice having a clothes washer and dryer, just be prepared to double the drying time. We made good use of the kitchen for most meals our 4 days, with a coop grocery store a short walk at the end of the street, and the dishwasher made easy work of cleanup. Kids enjoyed the pool.
You’ll need to open up the windows at night to let in cool air, and it was never too loud or buggy outside to make that a problem. However, there is a room by the front door with 2 beds that has no window, so bring a fan if you’ll need that 4th bedroom. Our kids tried the pull out sofa by the open windows, but it was not comfortable pulled out to a bed. It was great just sleeping on it as a couch for one person, though. All beds were very firm and we all had sore backs the entire stay, even our teenagers.
The kitchen is well stocked. However, it has instant coffee. There’s a nespresso machine but no instructions or pods, so I just bought ground coffee and used the French press I found in their kitchen. I should’ve just walked to the corner coffee shop each morning to make it easier on myself.
Note it’s 12ish minutes via Uber to Royal Mile. There’s a dedicated parking spot. When someone was in it, she answered our call and helped us without delay.

An great apartment in easy access to city centre in a short bus/tram ride or it’s walkable. Some really nice restaurants close to apartment so you don’t always need to go into city centre. Would recommend this apartment, very well equipped if you don’t want to eat out with everyhing you need to cook a feast.

We had updates from our host prior to check in. The apt was just as described and very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked to feed an army!! The only downside was the Wi-Fi was slow

Great volt hole from the city
Great stay in this lovely flat. Would highly recommend. Close to local amenities. Trams, trains and busses to city centre within 5 min walk. We walked to the castle in 25 mins with kids in tow.

Perfect place to stay
The flat was walking distance to haymarket station (princess st is a25 min walk) there is an underpass behind the property that leads you to fountain park where there are lots of restaurants and things to do (bowling). The flat has a swimming pool within the grounds although we didn’t have time to enjoy it. There is a conservatory on the roof with a roof terrace, we took our morning coffee up there and enjoyed the views of the castle absolutely stunning!! The flat was very generous in size and had everything you could ask for the apartment was spotless. 4 bedrooms have ample of space and two z beds in the wardrobes the master bedroom has room for a z bed and one of the other rooms have room also the living room is large and comfortable. We are already organising a return trip.

IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING NEEDED
Overall great stay nice size apartment, very quiet location, walking distance from everything we needed. The castle was about a 7 minute drive. Management was awesome. We would recommend this to anyone that wants to stay in Edinburgh.

Fantastic flat
We had a great stay in Edinburgh. The flat was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Great communication from the manager. Excellent location too; close to Haymarket and a grocery store. Highly recommended.

Great location
Great location close to a tram line that goes into the city center. Very clean and quite. Parking is secure behind the building in a gated courtyard. Good restaurants located within walking distance. Would definitely rent again if we visit Edinburgh in the future.

Just ok
The unit wasn’t bad but the problem was that the fire alarm went off the last night at one in the morning and went off for two hours, and the tub and one of the bathrooms wouldn’t drain properly

Great Apartment - Perfect Location!
My family of 4 adults spent 5 nights in this wonderful apartment in September. It was exactly as pictured on VRBO and immaculately clean. The apartment had everything we needed and the welcome items were much appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms worked well. The apartment is in walking distance to Haymarket and there are several nice bars and restaurants in the immediate area. If you plan to eat at either of the Italian restaurants in the neighborhood, make sure you have reservations (Locanda de Gusti or Mia's Italian Kitchen). There are 2 city bus routes near the apartment (just a couple of blocks away) that will take you just about everywhere in Edinburgh. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in the area.
