Villa Capri bénéficie d'une des vues les plus excitantes du monde. En fait, il surplombe la baie de Marina Piccola face aux célèbres Faraglioni. C'est une villa de style méditerranéen typique, sobre et élégant, entourée d'un grand jardin luxuriant avec de grands arbres (grenades oléicoles, citrons, cyprès ...) et diverses espèces de plantes à fleurs et de maquis méditerranéen. Sa position est enviable pour ceux qui veulent profiter des allées et venues de la célèbre Piazzetta, accessible en 10 minutes à pied, et pour ceux qui préfèrent la mer, située à seulement 10 minutes de marche le long de la pittoresque Via Mulo.
L'extérieur se compose de plusieurs terrasses à différents niveaux. Chacune d'elles est bien éclairée et meublée avec des canapés, des chaises, des tables, des parasols et des chaises longues confortables, vous pouvez donc être exploité avec vos amis pendant la journée et lors des chaudes nuits d'été dans la caprese au clair de lune.
La villa se compose de 3 unités:
1. Au rez-de-chaussée, la première unité consiste en un grand salon double qui mène à une terrasse panoramique, équipée d'une grande table à manger et d'un salon; d'une cuisine (avec lave-vaisselle et four) qui a accès à un coin barbecue couvert et à la cave et à la buanderie.
Le premier étage dispose de deux grandes chambres (une double et une quadruple), chacune avec sa propre salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Depuis les chambres, vous pouvez accéder à un balcon avec une vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée et un solarium avec jacuzzi et chaises longues.
2. La deuxième unité est reliée à la première par la terrasse inférieure du jardin: elle comprend une chambre double et une salle de bains.
3. La troisième unité se compose d'une dépendance avec lit double, d'une salle de bains et d'une grande terrasse avec pelouse donnant sur la mer.

My family and I had the most amazing time at the Gorgeous villa on the Faraglioni. This villa is situated in one of the most beautiful areas on the island. Each morning, we were blessed as soon as we looked out of our window or walked out on the balcony or terrace to take in the most beautiful and amazing views. The views here are amazing day and night. We were able to walk down to the supermarket and main square in a matter of minutes. Tiziana, the property manager, was simply amazing. She was very accommodating and did her very best to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Gianmarco took care of all of our dinner, beach club and boat rental reservations. He was always very responsive and provided excellent options. In addition to an amazing meal prepared by the chef, the kitchen in this villa also offers the ability to cook a wonderful meal for your family, should you choose to. We are very grateful that we had the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. It is truly a “gem” on Capri!

Stunning villa surrounded by beautiful gardens with amazing views. Villa is located within easy walking distance to town, 10 min walk to beach in a very quiet neighborhood. Only 15 steps from street which is a huge plus carrying suitcases, we did not need a porter service.
Owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, organized boat trip, found reservations for party of 6 in restaurants that we could not get into directly, organized taxi, etc.

I can’t say enough positive things about this beautiful villa. The host from start to finish was wonderful and helped us make taxi bookings and dinner reservations and provided recommendations for what to do and where to eat. The house is comfortable and clean. The grounds are magnificent and beautifully manicured. The view of marina piccola is spectacular. The villa’s proximity to the main piazza in Capri is also highly appealing, taking only 10-15 minutes to reach the main piazza. Overall, I highly recommend

Stayed for a week with a group that included artists who were able to paint the absolutely gorgeous gardens and views from the villa. Tiziana was a wonderful help introducing us to the property, helping with any questions and issues we had, and arranging for a chef's dinner that was truly an incredible experience. It was such a pleasure also to meet Federico and enjoy staying in such a gorgeous place. We loved the location where we could walk to town, a grocery store and (for those of us who didn't mind all the steps) to Marina Piccolo. A truly magical time on this beautiful island.

We had an amazing stay in the Villa, and the photos don't do justice to its actual beauty. We felt like we had our own exclusive accommodation with luxurious amenities. The accommodation comfortably housed our family of 10 and offered ample space for everyone, including two couples who had their own separate suites with private entrances. The property and outdoor landscaping are stunning. There are three levels, each with outdoor seating areas. The view is stunning, offering a sight of the two renowned mountains in Capri: Monte Solaro. The Villa also provided us with Gianmarco, who served as our contact and offered exceptional assistance, similar to that of a concierge. He was able to secure restaurant and beach club reservations for us, which were difficult to obtain. He is also able to book boats, tours, and other related activities. Upon our arrival, he made arrangements for porters to meet us at the pier and organized taxis for our transportation to the villa. Whenever I needed a cab, I would send him a text and he would quickly send one. Tizaian was available to assist with any additional needs, such as extra towels or bedding. All the necessary details were considered prior to our arrival. We felt safe and well taken care of in a foreign country with friends who were able to assist us with any needs we had. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who appreciates luxury accommodations and exceptional service provided by a professional and attentive staff.

We stayed for a week with our family celebrating our daughters wedding. The property is beautiful and the outdoor space is really wonderful with a spectacular view. It’s a short walk to town and a supermarket is nearby. Federico and Tiziana are super helpful with any issues and also helped with taxi and reservations. Overall perfect for a family stay in Capri.

Excellent property. Luxury level. Feels like a new structure. Beautiful interior. Magnificent view, though cut like a scar at the lower levels by a power line that is somewhat blurred in the online image. Beautiful gardens, quiet. The manager was helpful. The only weird part was having a fully equipped jacuzzi onsite, very inviting but cold. The updated website says, now, that it is an unheated hot tub. That’s a bit oxymoronic. Just call it a cooling tub with bubbles.
All in all, a great place to stay up and away from the mayhem at Marina Grande. The location is excellent, above Marina Piccolo, walking distance to Capri town.

Elegant, spacious and so very welcoming! We usually stay at Capri Palace. This year we opted to try this magical villa and we were pleasantly surprised with the level of luxury.
Federico the owner was very helpful prior to our arrival. Tiziana, the property manager was amazing!! Very helpful and so friendly.! We hired a private chef who also had a room to stay, and our meals were outstanding! I had guest coming for dinner and my table setting was just, beautiful. The air conditioner was deliciously cold, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathrooms were large and luxurious. The gardens flowers and lemon trees were fragrant. I was impressed on how every square inch in the property had purpose. Love the lay out of the rooms. 3 stories with privacy in each room... We are Definitely coming back next year for longer as it was hard to leave such an amazing villa.

Fantastic house & location!
We just loved our stay in this villa. The views are simply incredible. The gardens and terraces are also lush and gorgeous. As interior designers, we are a bit picky about interiors and this villa does not disappoint. The design detail and furnishings are quintessentially Capri. All of the bedrooms are comfortable and air conditioned.
We also found the location perfect - it’s walkable to town, a great grocery store and Marina Piccola. The owners of the villa are incredible and have strong connections on the island. They were able to connect us with people to assist with transportation and booking restaurants and activities. We hope to return again next year!

The Villa has the most beautiful view and is about a ten minute walk to Capri town. It’s very quiet and has great air conditioning. It has everything you need. The owner was super helpful with my trip planning. He gave me information for transportation, boat tours, restaurants, taxis… He answered quickly and all his recommendations were great and spot on. Beautiful Home in Capri
We had a great time staying at this gorgeous Villa in Capri. The host was super communicative and went above and beyond, providing us with a house manager for any needs within the house, and a concierge who booked anything else we wanted (reservations, boats, taxi's etc.). This was particularly helpful and really made the experience.
The views are spectacular, the two primary suites within the house are spacious and beautiful. The photos don't do the main villa justice at all, it's gorgeous. Also the AC works perfectly.
Location wise the villa is just a walk into town.
The only downside is that the 3rd bedroom is not actually within the beautiful villa but attached to the side of it. It was not up to the standard of the rest of the house as it has no windows and is super small (no room for suitcases and walking around). This is fine I just wasn't expecting that especially when the other 2 rooms are so beautiful.
Overall we had a lovely stay and the owner Fredrico made us feel right at home and like locals by setting us up with his two associates to help us every step of the way. We would definitely come back to this home again!

Federico was very responsive and even helped provide restaurant reservations ahead of the stay. His house manager, Tiziana, was so sweet and helpful. They also provided contact info for a local taxi service and restaurant booking service. Both have made the trip more frictionless.

Perfect Capri Setting
With out hesitation I can recommend Il Piccola. Federico not only communicated well in coordinating our arrival but helped throughout our stay with plans. This property is exactly what we needed for our first trip to Capri. We had 4 couples (8 people total) and we were very comfortable. The walk into Capri was very easy, we did it every day. And the access to Marina Piccola was a pleasant surprise. The multiple outdoor seating areas allowed for our group to relax wherever we wanted to during our stay.

Perfect private oasis to explore Capri
The views from the villa are absolutely stunning. We had a private and quiet oasis to view the sea and incredible yachts. It was a short walk to the local grocery store and town. Wonderful Stay
From the time we arrived in Italy, the owner reached out to make sure our travel arrangements hadn't changed. The owner kept in touch while we took the ferry to the island and had a taxi waiting for us. When we reached the villa, everything was stunning. The view was without question one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. After walking us around the home, the owner had a small snack and a bottle of wine waiting for us on the outside lanai. I very seldom get a chance to make points with my mother and father in law, but bringing them here to this home was a game changer, they loved it.
The beds were soft and comfy, the house and property was well taken care of and the kitchen was stocked with appliances and cookware so my Italian family could cook (if they wanted to..) The shopping was just a short walk back into town which took nearly no time to get to.
As for check out, the owner sent out his associate to go over everything. She walked us through and everything went just the way you could hope it to go. To top it off Fede had another Taxi waiting for us to take us back down to the ferry dock.

The view to Faraglioni is magnificent! The house is very clean. Most of all, the hosts are very helpful. They arranged a boat tour for us during our stay. On the day of departure, our ferry to Naples was cancelled due to the weather. The host helped us find another ferry out of Capri.

5/5 UNBEATABLE view! Amazing location!
We spent 4 nights in this gorgeous villa. We were a total of 8 people, so we figured space might be a little tight – we were wrong. This home fit all 8 of us VERY comfortably with more than enough room. The view was surreal – we had a breathtaking view of the Faraglioni (the three rocks of Capri) and the two upstairs bedrooms had balconies that allowed us to peek at its beauty anytime we wished. We were a short 5-minute walk from town - with more shopping and restaurants than we even had time to explore.
Federico was unbelievably accommodating from the moment of booking until well after check-out. I had forgotten one piece of luggage in a cab on our way to the marina, and was beyond upset at the thought of having lost it. I threw a Hail Mary and called the cabbie to see if it was left in his car by chance, and just my luck, it was. Federico arranged to collect it from the cab driver and he had it shipped it back to me in the states that same day! His kindness will not soon be forgotten. Thank you for a wonderful stay, can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable and spacious villa with a special view and wonderful location. July 2018
We spent eight nights in this wonderful villa. The overview and guest reviews on the HomeAway-site gives a very true description of the atmosphere, location and quality of the property.
We were four adults and one energetic 2 1/2 year old girl. Grandaunt and granduncle shared their double room with their grandniece, and it worked perfectly! The newly wed parents enjoyed the room with direct access to the Jacuzzi-area. A few times we used the third bedroom during daytime for a few minutes beauty sleep and as an extra bathroom.
The kitchen worked very well, and the BBQ was perfect. We used the airconditioning in the bedrooms during the night; it was so comfortable.
We wish we'd chosen to stay for 2-3 more nights ... but we had a flight back to Norway to catch. This island is magnificent from east to west, north to south; the sea, the food, the wine, everything.

Our stay at Federico’s villa was a dream come true. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home was the perfect size for our family of four. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful gardens with breathtaking views of the island overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Walking distance to the beach, supermarket and town of Capri with great shops and restaurants. Federico is an amazing host. From the moment we arrived throughout our six day stay, he made us feel welcome and was happy to help make our trip go smoothly. Can’t miss
I took my grown children on a trip of a lifetime through Capri for 4 nights of heaven. Everything was perfect. Federico met us at the ferry and arranged for a car to take us up to his beautiful home. Everything is close and although the hills are steep that’s part of the fun. We walked down to the beach below for a full day of sun. We walked up the street to great shopping and people watching. Federico stayed in constant contact. He gave us restaurant recommendations and answered questions. I was very impressed with the way he stepped up to make our stay special.
