Breakfast is manageable. Little more costly in comparision to the City. The Check out was better and the lady at check out desk maintained high professionalism.

The house keeping is poor and room service too. They donot have professionalism. Training required more and more.

Liked in totality; ambience of rooms 301& 303, food quality and quantity of their restaurant, room service, reception assistance by mr.shreyash jaiswal and ofcourse mr.mishra Good cab assistance provided for allahabad and vindhyaachal darshan by the hotel. Location is very good, quite and calm stay. Easily auto's and cabs are available for kashi mandir darshan n local sightseeing.

They should rectify their chek in/out timings in booking.com. They have 12-1pm chek in and 11 checkout as told at reception but we got confused as per the booking.com app timings mentioned i.e. early check-in and checkout at 12pm.

Only the location is central, otherwise will not recommend this hotel. It has gone downhill real bad.

The stay was horrible. The staff is very uncooperative and rude. The food is very bad and the owner shuts down the central AC at night, which makes the night stay unbearable

There is more scope for improvement with the home cleaning services. They can provide more cleaner bedsheets every time. More drinking water should be provided per person The fridge and the safety vault in the rooms were not working
