Amazing villa, in a great location. Fantastic sunsets and views. Fabulous holiday. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay in Cavtat.

The walk to the villa from the road is a bit of a trek, however well worth the trek for the brilliant views.

Access problems site hard to find due to lack of signage

The house is very spacious, comfortable and we'll equiped, including the kitchen (they have everything to cook at the house). There are several balconies with a fantastic view. We were very happy with our stay and liked everything about the villa itself.

There was a construction next to the villa and because of that we had to overcome a small challenge every day to walk up the hill with our small baby. Wasn't anything bad, but just a heads up.

Fantastic staff met us at the property to help carry in our bags and show us the villa. Villa had superb views over water, great sized space spread over 3 levels, lots of comfy beds, lots of toiletries and a welcome food pack. It was really easy to cook because they had so many useful things in the pantry etc to make it easier. We had two young children and they arranged a great cot and highchair so it was a very relaxing holiday here. Heaters helped to warm up the villa in the evenings (April travel) so it was warm days but cool nights. 20 minutes to walk into Cavtat along the beach way was much more scenic than the road way. We caught a boat into Dubrovnik for the day, much nicer to stay in Cavtat away from the crowds. We enjoyed the partial isolation of this villa, very quiet neighbourhood and peaceful.

The access is compromised for a car (can't go last 50m), so we had to walk up a ramp and follow a random path up and down a few stairs to get into the villa which would have been really challenging for carrying in luggage or nighttime but the staff carried our bags so it was all totally fine. As long as it doesn't rain (which is didn't) it's a reasonably good solution for access via car but probably doesn't have much lighting for after-dark access. It did get windy at some points and being up high overlooking the water, we didn't get to use the terrace. But we travelled in April so it was probably seasonal. There is also a crane and building works occurring nearby, so the view isn't as perfect but still stunning.

Good communication with the owner of the property. The property is spacious and beautiful with lovely views. We had a great stay and will come again!

The manager was late to take us to the property, though we had called twice on the day of our arrival. The owner had promised to organize help with the luggage, since there was no access to the property due to a road being blocked, however the property manager hadn't organized that and we didn't get any help, hence had to carry all the luggage ourselves. I believe that the road closure is a temporary thing and this problem shouldn't occur in the future, but it might be worthwhile to check beforehand.

The views, the hosts, villa itselfs - the equipment (the welcome pack with the local wine and snacks was so nice :-) and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay), it was all nice and we enjoyed it a lot. What we as family enjoyed the most was the teracces - they are just amazing. We also grilled and had a nice BBQ, which was a highlight of the vacay!

Unfortunately as was already told in the reviews, we had to park a really far away (15min but uphills and downhills) from the villa, the road to the villa is blocked and you can imagine how hard it was with all the luggages... also one room was right under the stairs so it was really hard to sleep in the room, which is a pity. Apart from those two things the stay was great!

Great location, empty beaches just minute by walk. Clean and perfectly equipped ( aircondition, dishwasher, washing machine...), nice wiev from terrace. Great communication with the owner Paolo and friendly staff. I would definitely recomend to everyone, especially for group of friends or bigger family! Thank you, we really enjoyed!

We rested with 4 families. Villa exceeded our expectations. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a carefree holiday for a large number of guests. Unsurpassed balcony, on which we spent almost the entire vacation. Great barbecue area, proximity to the beaches, breathtaking views from the balcony - did not leave us indifferent. Sanella was very kind, and helped solve the problem with the car. We definitely recommend everyone to stay here. Will be happy to come back here somtime.

The center of Cavtat is a 15-minute walk away. Access to the apartment by car was temporarily difficult.
