Abbiamo scelto il Chiostro di Pienza per passare una notte nel nostro viaggio in Toscana, struttura molto accogliente e ben tenuta, il personale al nostro arrivo è stato molto gentile e disponibile, abbiamo avuto molti consigli su Pienza dal mangiare a posti da vedere!
Vista dalla camera e dagli spazi comuni favolosa sui colli Toscani!
Ce stata data pure la possibilità di restare successivamente al Check Out sfruttando la Piscina e la struttura e abbiamo gradito molto pur non riuscendo in quanto dovevamo proseguire il viaggio.
Colazione buona e completissima, personale molto gentile e cortese dal servizio di pulizia al servizio colazione!

Die Lage war absolut perfekt, die Frühstücksterrasse hatte eine grandiose Aussicht, das Personal war sehr freundlich und ruhig war es auch noch!

Good breakfast with a great great view, I recommend the restaurant connected to the hotel in the evening. Charming place in great location in the very center of Pienza, with its own vibes, room was nice with a nice view, there is an elevator, comfortable beds and nice staff.
Pool was filled like to its half, could be cleaner too. Insufficient size if the hotel is fully occupied, fine rather for a dip. However, we werent here for the pool, it was just a nice addition, so no bad feelings about it.

The room (108) had a superb view to south on the Monte Amiata.
As the terrace of the Hotel as well.
The breakfast was really good and had a very good variety.
The hotel is located in Pienzas old town simply at the best location.
Nothing - it is an old house and thus it is build more complex / in more in steps, with more stairs than a new one.
This needs to be considered. but it is also part of its charme.

Location in the old town was fantastic. Lots of character in the building. Staff were very friendly and hotel was very clean. Good typical European breakfast with a good choice.
Communication before arrival on where to park was also good.
A little hard to find as the hotel sign is inside the entrance to the old building

CANNOT FAULT THIS, FROM LOCATION, SPECTACULAR VIEWS. STAFF CAN BE A BIT SLOW BUT ALWAYS READY TO HELP AND FRIENDLY. WE LOVED THIS PLACE SO MUCH WILL BE GOING BACK.
NOTHING JUST ADDED TO THE CHARM OF THE PLACE.

The location, it's not frequent to stay in such a comfortable convent....the cloister is beautiful
And the view from the terrasse magnificent !
There are many sitting areas which are most cosy .

The view over the valley from the room, terasse and pool is just amazing and makes you fall in love with Tuscany. The staff is super friendly and engaged and with the little courtyard is a paradise in busy Pienza.

Nice and spacious room in historic building. Quiet with well working A/C. Nice view to the inside. Very friendly staff and good contact. Extremely good breakfast with five star view in the country side. We loved the place and the town.
Remember to get in touch with the staff for parking, you can not drive to the hotel and the is no parking provided which accounts for the lower rating ( we found a shady place below the Coop, but you have to be lucky). The otherwise nice pool-area is small and was packed when we were there, but everyone was careful and considerate (we stayed for 5min and enjoyed the lovely town instead).

The view when taking breakfast or dinner outside is just amazing. Historic atmosphere. Good beds. Safe.
The room and the bathroom was a bit dated.
