El paisaje, la amplitud del cuarto, la tranquilidad, las vistas desde la pileta, la amabilidad del personal, la paz y el silencio por la noche.

Die Unterkunft liegt eine halbe Stunde vom Zentrum entfernt und ist nur mit einem Taxi/Shuttle-Service zu erreichen, aber die Fahrt lohnt sich! Sie liegt sehr ruhig außerhalb der touristischen Massen am Rio Paraná mit Blick auf Uruguay. Die Tupa Lodge ist eine kleine, gepflegte und sehr grüne Anlagen mit wenigen Gästen. Nachmittags gibt es Cocktails am Pool und abends auch ein kleines Restaurant vor Ort (das Essen war gut, aber nicht hervorragend, so muss man abends jedoch nicht nochmal irgendwohin fahren).
An ein paar wenigen Ecken und Enden bräuchte es mal kleine Reparaturarbeiten.

Quiet and peaceful and very pretty scenery. Was beautiful setting and staff tried so hard to make sure everything was good for us. They even had WiFi in the lodge which was great.
Nothing. I found it to be excellent value for money.
I would go back.

Esta frente al rio y tiene una buena vista.
La zona y alrededores para llegar es fea. Caminos en mal estado. Queda alejado del centro y para cenar no tenían varias cosas de la carta. El desayuno básico.

the 2 ladies who check us in was very nice and helpful
the hotel management is really bad. they just don’t care about the guests and their needs.
pool was so dirty and cold we was unable to use it.
the water pressure in the shower was weak and almost no hot water.
the men in the front desk at the evening was very not helpful and didn’t answer the WhatsApp which is the only way of communicating with them.
They don’t bother to answer the phone.
the hotel is far away. there are not even proper road to it.

The staff is friendly and service-oriented. The place is quiet. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure and temperature in the shower.
The food is ok but could be better. We ordered a burger and the bread was too hard. The location looks weird but it is very safe. You can come even during the night and there is nothing to be worried about.

Beautiful looking location and room, overlooking the river. Comfy bed, lovely staff and great breakfast. Secure. Quiet.
The air conditioning isn't big enough to keep the massive room cool. Had to keep the curtains closed (so couldn't enjoy view of river) to try to keep temperature down. Shower looks good, but no water pressure and difficult to get a consistent warm temperature. Nowhere to place soap or shampoo. Only one chair on balcony. Have to get out of the car to activate intercom to open gate into property.

OK, location could be great but the place is older and only 5 guests there when we were there.
Room decor and structures were stone and wood - must have been good when new. View across R.Parana is calming especially at sunset.
Dinner service was slow, and forgettable when it came. Road getting there is horrendous -rocks and stones, valleys, speed no more than 5 kph. It\s throught a barrio and basic and poor.

This stay wouldn't have been d same if we did not have this hotel.
Super helpful.there r no words to explain how much all d staff help u for the stay and make life easier. They sent us taxis all d time they helped with all of our extra problems with airlines and mobiletopups. The service is exceptional...the food is lovley too! I surely suggest this property
There is nothing much to complain but if I had to say something constructive is maybe a bit more water pressure in the shower!

The property is stunning and Sofia and her team went out of their way to make our stay fantastic and to sort logistics for our onward trip. The Christmas dinner they put on was sensational.

The lodge is a little bit hard to access but it’s worth it

Beds and bedding are excellent, bedrooms are very big with amazing view.
We never got hot water, and in August it was cold outside so that was a real issue. We told it to the staff but no one came to our room to check.
Breakfast is very much average and we had lunch once at the restaurant and were disappointed by the food.
A free bottle of water in the bedrooms would be appreciated especially as there a no phone in the rooms so we have to go out up to the reception desk when we need something.
Restaurant should be improved considering the hotel pricing.

We loved the room and its view. Staff really attentive specially Marcela (meal time).
Not that we didn't like, but just for other travelers to be aware hotel us far from everything and there is nothing around. It can be a little downturning

- there were two twin beds put close to each other instead of a double bed
- the wc door sometimes hardly opened
- the pressure of water at the shower was low and the temperature was hardly regulated

Really nice and quiet place to spend time and relax. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant on the property and fantastic pool. We were able to request meals that wasn’t on the menu and they made them for us. I would definitely recommend this place.
It’s little hard to get there and it’s far from the center. But wasn’t a big problem because taxi service is cheap and reliable in Iguazu.
