the property was exactly what I expected — which is a good thing! I was extremely comfortable. loved the breakfast service. lots of hot water and great water pressure. neighborhood was silent at night.

Exceptionally hot breakfast prepared every morning with a wide variety of options to choose from and packed nicely in front of the door! I love the warmth and the friendly host :) Cozy stay with a view.

Water leaks out from the shower causing the toilet floor to be wet.

Spotlessly clean facility only 10 minute walk from the rail station and the center of Garmisch and the same distance from Ludwigstrasse. Emphasis on sustainable accomodations and the many seasonal activities in the GaP area. The owners and staff were always helpful with first-hand information regarding places to go and things to do.

Amazing breakfast, nice central location, both the centers of Garmisch and Partenkirchen are easily reachable by foot.

It's close to the main road, and if you sleep with open windows you'll hear the traffic getting more dense around 7 in the morning.

The hospitality was 10/10! Room was spacious with a nice view, help and tips from the staff was great. Staff was super responsive on site and through the Booking app. Breakfast was well taken care of with eye for detail. Throughout our stay we experienced many thoughtful acts of service. We had a great time and would recommend the guesthouse to anyone!

Only minor point to mention was that the beds were a little bit soft but apart from that no negative things to point out.

Very nice and friendly staff. Absolutely fabulous location and conveniently located. Rooms were adequately sized. We found it to be comfortable.

Mini kitchen could use an exhaust but it was enough for what we used it for.
