The location is amazing, the area is very decent and very close to the center, 24 hours desk and staff is cool. The breakfast is nice, it is clean and the I would say really considering the price, it is very good.

Few things, but luckily nothing is crucial * When guests the next room speak I could hear them like they sit in my room, luckily they were not talkative hahah * The toilet flush is not working properly and this one was really annoying, but when they clean the room they clean the toilet so that was not big deal at the end. * I am a solo traveler, but I was given a 2 beds room and the bed was small, instead solo traveler should get the one bed room, would be more comfortable

Tolles kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Die Klimaanlage hat n diesem heißen Tag sehr gute Dienste geleistet. Das Frühstücksangebot war ganz ok. Hat unsere Erwartungen, die wir in dieser Preisklasse hatten, mehr als erfüllt

Es ist alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, konnten für uns keine Mängel feststellen.

Хотел је на лепој локацији у мирној улици без буке. Главни трг “Македонија” у центру је на само 10 минута хода. У близини је јако доста кафића, ресторана, пабова, шеталиште поред реке и туристичке атракције све доступно лаганом шетњом. Смештај је био чист и уредан. Особље услужно, доручак је био ок. Однос цене и квалитета за препоруку.

Cleanliness and the nice conduct of one of the staff at reception.

The lift/elevator was horrible as it used to start with a jerk and used to stop with a jerk which was very unsafe. One of the staff at reception was very nice and cooperative but the other one was equally rude, ill mannered, uncooperative and was frustrated. The bathroom attached to the room was very small. Very limited options in breakfast. The distance from the main old square and old bazaar was more than a kilo-meter(km) The room was not soundproof and the walls were so thin that even the people talking in the adjacent room were clearly audible which was surprising, when I pointed it out to the staff at reception(ill mannered one unfortunately), he said that we know this and will talk to the people in the adjacent room not to talk loudly. Overall the stay was just ok but not at par with the expectations I had with this property.

It was close to the location I needed, and the staff was very helpful!
