Big room, close to the motorway. The receptionists were very nice and friendly.
The air conditioning was broken in the room in the middle of a hot summer. We received a discount, however, we could not get much rest during the night unfortunately.

I liked that the room was clean and also that there was plenty of towels.
Upon check in I was told that I had no booking in my name and that they were sold out and the employee was essentially shoeing me away even though I had just travelled for 12 hours to get there. Eventually, I found my booking and gave me my keys but told me I had to hand over my passport and come back for it the next day when it can just be photocopied.
In the room, there was no fridge or air con available, and no one attempted to clean the room during my 3 night stay. This hotel is in the middle of no where and staff will not call you a taxi so be prepared to walk 20 minutes daily to the nearest metro station. My best advice is to stay somewhere else even if its more expensive.

The hotel was very comfortable and it's very good location and very easy to find. We enjoyed the hospitality of the staff.

The hotel had several little touches to make your stay more comfortable. Plenty of free parking, lots of fluffy white towels, magnifying mirror to do your makeup in the bathroom, tasty breakfast and good coffee.
Unfortunately, the hotel hasn't likely had any renovation in 20 years but had the feel of a place that was well appointed back in the day. The shower was moldy, and the soap holder was broken off the wall so there is no place to hold your shampoo. The bathroom was terribly cramped and hard to move in. The price was right for a family of four on a budget but the place could certainly use some renovation.

The closeness to the rugby fields, the size of the room, the breakfast, they let us have dinner in the reception which was great for teambuilding (we were playing a tournament)
The noise, I also think I got dust allergies cause of the courtains or the sheets

The toilet was dirty ! Poor wifi. We made a 3 weeks roadtrip in Italy and in terms of price / quality it was the worse.

The hotel is a very tired 4 star hotel, the rooms had no Tea/Coffee facilities and no air-con,in a 4 star hotel you expect this as standard also the toilet was OK apart from you cant open the toilet door fully as the bidet stops it so it only opened less than half way, so if you have walking difficulties or are a little over weight then you WILL have trouble using the toilets and shower also the pictures on the site show a large bathroom well that is not the case as i have just described. the bed was comfortable and linen was clean.The parking is underground and free. There is a lift from the garage to all floors.
Breakfast was very simple and the toaster didn´t work so you have a choice off yogurt and cheese.
As I said at the begin of this review the hotel is a very tired 4 star I would rate this hotel as a 2/3 star due to the way I have described
The only thing that was perfect is the staff they were 5 star in my eyes they helped us with info on the local town and off transport
