Beautiful Island and the Hotel is in a fantastic location. Very friendly and helpful staff. With a special mention to Boyan (from Macedonia) in the restaurant, great guy who gave us tips of where to go on the island. Very nice private beach with crystal clear water for swimming. I highly recommend a stay

The staff working at the hotel, restaurants and Spa were excellent. Each of them did a wonderful job making our stay as lovely as possible. We appreciated how kind the staff was and enjoyed talking with them.

We were disappointed in the hotel quality once the room started to malfunction. We had several problems with the room from the 1st day and when discussed with the front desk they reported the hotel changed key card systems and were having issues but they didn't offer a solution. Change is difficult and it can be destructive to work out issues with new systems. However, a paying customer to a quality hotel shouldn't have to be the guinea pig. Please consider offering up a different room right away instead of passing off the problem to a new system and then making your customer suffer for a few days. That’s not the customers problem, they are there to enjoy your wonderful accommodation and lovely staff.

Island and beach and hotel facilities were amazing.

Views were exceptional. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beach bar food was excellent and surprisingly good value for money given the location (especially kids food menu). Perfect shingle beach as part of the hotel which was great for snorkelling.

Some parts of room a little worn eg grouting round showers, sealant around shower getting stained, some stains to toilet seats (they were cleaned but stained from age so could do with replacing).

Location and Spa services

everything else is subject to massive improvements, starting with a chef cook at beach restaurant, please change to one that makes some decent food, music at the beach restaurant is too loud, registration process is idiotically designed with bad communication, and concierge aka breakfast boy should solve problems silently

Great location, good facilities, very nice beach, helpful and gracious staff, and a travel agent on-site who can arrange activities, rentals, and transportation.

Poor quality/selection of food (both breakfast buffet and the à la carte in La Baja restaurant). Room was very warm and we had to request hotel facility multiple times to turn down the cooling temperature

Location is amazing - island of Lopud well worth a visit! Rooms clean and good size. They were kind to give a free room upgrade which was very generous! Hotel beach is beautiful.

Some places felt a little unfinished- room was very clinical- clean but lacked warmth/style. However when an issue was raised, staff were quick to fix. No phone in the room. Had to ask for shower gels to be topped up. Would no recommend half board- the breakfast is fine, but dinner is really poor. No atmosphere and poor food in Scarlett. Amazing food in town so recommend just eating out.

great size of the hotell, enough sunbeds and great idea to include sunbeds in price of the room-not additional. great location in surrounding nature, nice beach

Housekeeping

The island the hotel was situated on was stunning. The hotel was less than a five minute walk to the islands restaurants and shops. The private beach was stunning.

The wifi was poor at times.

Everything was great

the location, the views, the beach the relaxed vibe. Bojan kindly got Wimbledon put on in the downstairs bar using a projector for me.

the aircon wasn’t the best room was too hot at night. also the wifi you had to re connect to it every time you moved floors in the hotel. also we were kept waiting a bit too long downstairs when we arrived. we’d been kayaking so we’re desperate to have showers!
