La colazione era molto generica e standard. Per una struttura di livello mi aspettavo offerta migliore, compreso gli extra da menù a pagamento.

Servizi poco attinenti in quanto nonostante la gentilezza del personale, vi erano difficoltà inerenti gestione ambienti con molte barriere architettoniche, wi-fi inesistente, assenza di cartellonistica chiara per permettere gli spostamenti nella medesima.

The interior design is very good and there are good facilities for children including helping to organise a babysitter. There are beautiful and delicious tomatoes everywhere.

It was very hard and frustrating to get some water. You had to buy expensive bottles the whole time and water wasn’t replaced by your bed each evening and there wasn’t any by the pool. It is inclusive for children with a good child’s area (pool, trampoline etc) but the staff weren’t overly helpful with children (breakfast strictly doesn’t start until 8 and asking for a bottle to be cleaned etc was difficult). The price differential in room was not reflected in quality of room - we ended up paying 200+ for a room not significantly better than another basic room. They also had odd menu times - ie. the pizza oven was usually closed (never open before 4pm but then shut again a few hours later) so you couldn’t have a simple lunch.

Beautiful and tasteful decor, friendly and incredibly helpful staff, wonderful setting, delicious Tuscan food.

The children’s pool is unheated (which were fully aware of before visiting) but with very young children this could be an issue especially at start of summer. Our nearly 3 year old was persuaded in!
