The hotel is at an average standard, it was clean, and the staff was indeed helpful. It is situated in the midst of the town just at a large square with plenty of restaurants and close to the beach. The hotel's price matches the standard - so you get what you pay for. Good value for your money.

A very minor point was the lack of an elevator from the parking garage which resulted in having to transport luggage up three flights of stairs.

Rooms and ambience a little basic

Staff were friendly Room was clean Location is close to the old port and the shops so one can walk everywhere. There is a public car park close to the hotel, which cost 14 Euros for around 22 hours. There was a full buffet breakfast (15 Euros per person).

Room furniture was shabby and the hotel decor is tired. The suite was really just a large bedroom, rather than separate rooms.

Location, friendly staff, clean.

1) No room service apart from breakfast. I wasn’t expecting this from a 4 star hôtel. 2) Low quality furnishing and flooring in the room. 3) The floor which looks like plastic was uneven in the room => This is definitely not a four star hôtel to me as well as to 2 other friends who stayed at the hotel.

The balcony is very small and hard to enjoy. The sea view is not direct on to the hotel but to the left so one person on the balcony has no view. Our suite room was a good size but the grey decor a tad depressing. The real problem was the noise. The hotel is well located in the centre of the town but difficult to access by car due to pedestrianisation and opposite the hotel is a very very noisy bar that shuts at 2am. Of our three nights I could only get rest on one of them before 2.30am when all the 'children' finally stop shouting and went home. If you want a good nights sleep this hotel is no good for that.

Really friendly staff, Alexia from the reception was very lovely and helpful for a lot of matters, the breakfast staff was also very kind to us. What we loved was how central the hotel is, and it is just a walking distance to everything!

Hot plate at breakfast with bacon and eggs needs to be kept closed so food is warm. Two out of two breakfast it was freezing cold.

Great location and the rooms were nice. What you expect in Europe. Bathroom was very nice and bigger than most. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable

If you’re driving the streets around the hotel are blocked off to vehicles from 1100 until midnight so had to park in a garage several blocks away
