Location is good, quite central. Windows are very much sound proof. You do not hear anything even though they are facing a busy street.

Pillows are super thin and uncomfortable. One of the beds was making noises from the smallest move, to make it impossible to sleep (Room nr. 5, please check it out). The same room was stinking of smoke. We asked to change it and another very small room was offered to us, so we decided to stay in the original one. Even with the window open, the room would still smell of smoke...

Staff were friendly and helpful. There's a lift. Toilets were exceptionally clean and so were the linen. Excellent access to shops and public transport. The beds were excellent and comfortable.

Kind and helpful staff. The room was big enough. We could leave our baggage at the hotel in the last day, so we can enjoy every moment in the holiday.

The location was great and the room was very spacious. The subway was very closeby and staff gave us some recommendations.

The pillows were very thin and the bathroom made a weird noise, even in the night.

Very nice location easy to reach by The Subway with 2 different stops and good area for shopping and restaurants.

Great location, good breakfast choices and the room had everything it needed

The pillows were basically non existent, knotty, probably haven't been changed in a decade. You would pick the pillow up and its filling would fall to the bottom. Horrendous pillows, we asked for another pillow and it was the same. Zero neck support so we slept badly and had neck pain. Bring a camping pillow if you stay here.

Very helpful staff, and very close to the main shopping street. You can take a longer walk or public transit to go see some of the popular museums in Vienna.

All I can think of is that the pillows were very flat, but I also didn’t ask for any more

Everything was great, location in relation to the center perfect, room super clean, nicely decorated, modern & comfortable. Very comfortable beds & nice bathroom. Fully equipped with everything a traveller needs.
