La atención del personal muy buena, en especial de la Sra. Dalila, que estuvo al pendiente de cada necesidad que teníamos. Ademas nos dieron facilidad para dejar nuestras maletas ya que teníamos un viaje a otro destino.

El desayuno fue variado. Habitación cómoda. Agua caliente ni bien abres la llave.

Pertinho do Centro Histórico, sem muita bagunça, nem barulho. Hotel instalado num prédio antigo, razoavelmente bem adaptado.

O quarto tinha 2 níveis, com o banheiro embaixo - para usar à noite tinha que descer, no frio.

Good personal

I poisoned by dichlorvos. Seems room was treated with something from cockroaches or other living creatures and smell was horrible- I could not breath and sleep and had terrible headache, swollen throat, stuffy nouse. I asked to change a room, but receptionist said they are all the same.

Clean. No bug bites. Great location to be able to walk to several city sites. Appreciated dining room staff for cooking eggs to my requested style for breakfast.

There was a light in the hallway that turns on and off randomly (without anyone present) bit distracting when trying to sleep. There was unannounced karaoke?!... It was pretty loud. I don't dislike karaoke but if its going to be loud enough to wake me up then someone should have told me. Then another day I woke up to a self defense class happening in the room across the hall. Essentially, found it pretty difficult to rest at this hotel when there was no notice of these things occurring and at what time. I stayed 5 nights and couldn't really rest or was woken up due to events happening 3/5 nights.

Breakfast was poor. Breakfast photos on hotel's website do not depict reality and are thus misleading. Staff is essentially hovering over patrons during breakfast as to make them leave quickly.

Steam from shower had no where to go so I had to open the door to let out the steam so room wouldn’t be humid.

Almost everthing, the room didn't match with the pictures, the breakfast was poor.

Located close to Plaza de Armas, restaurants and shops. The room was very spacious. Breakfast wasn't too bad when they had the food out and someone was there attending.

The showers were lukewarm for us apart from the last day when it was hot enough. Not sure what happened there. Need a few hooks in the bathroom or somewhere to hang your towels.

- The room and the bathroom were spacious. - The bed was comfortable. - There was practical and well-maintained furniture.

- It was a disappointment. I booked the hotel because of the room's garden view. Unlike advertising, the room had no normal window, let alone a garden view. The only daily light went through a small roof-top window. - Before arrival, I wrote the hotel asking about breakfast, I didn't receive an answer until after the check-out. - The Receptionist didn't show me where breakfast was served. - The shared toilets behind the reception had no soap or hand sanitizer. When I asked for a soap at the reception, I was said that there was a hand sanitizer at the reception. I was promised that the liquid soap would have been filled. It didn't happen. When I reminded about it to the Night Receptionist, he didn't know and didn't bother about it. The following day, there was no soap either. The toilets are called 'Servicios Higiénicos' (Hygienic Services) in Spanish. However, the shared toilet of the hotel should've been renamed to 'Servicios No Higiénicos' (Unhygienic Services). I'd expect this from a cheap hostel, not a hotel.
