Convenient for the ferry port and well priced compared to others in the area (but still not cheap.) Immaculately clean. Parking a real bonus. It's a bit like the "pod" concept of hotels with bigger rooms. Out of the hotel and turn right for some pleasant jogging routes. Would use again.

There isn't much around the hotel, it's in a trading estate so no bars or restaurants close by. Carrefour is a short drive away and there is a McDonalds within walking distance (🤮) but not much else. My heater appeared to be set at a low temperature and I was unable to change it, don't know if that is hotel policy or just mine malfunctioning.

Do not stay here! It isn’t immediately obvious that the rooms do not have their own bathroom, you have to share a filthy toilet and filthy shower with no towels provided. One of the rooms STANK! Fortunately we were forced to book two rooms so we ended up all sleeping in one room. The floor was filthy. The pillows had barely any stuffing and I think the bed had bugs…we were all itchy the next day! We tried to complain but the manager was rude, kept pointing at me whilst aggressively shouting, then asked another guest at the hotel, an 18 year old boy, whether he though the room smelt…um … oh and the wafting smells of cannabis in the corridors at night all added to what was a quite awful experience!

Nice hostel close to all the big shops and malls. The access to the center was quite easy as well. The room was nice and the toilets were usually clean.

Great location. Good parking facilities. Friendly checkin. Clean room if a little Spartan. Not en-suite but loo and shower a few steps away.

A towel in the room would have been nice!

Good for the ferry, toilets and showers are shared between guests, for the price it was fine for a night to ensure your get to the ferry on time. Very basic but clean and affordable on a budget. McDonald’s and supermarket a short drive away too.

Basic but adequate. Just what I needed for an overnight stay and a very early departure as it provided flexibility. maybe slightly further from St Malo town centre than I wanted but it did the trick as I had a bicycle.

As a budget hotel and just somewhere to sleep before the ferry it was just right, tired from cycling, luxury would have been wasted money

A group on the first floor, (at least one one female and one male, highly voluble and potentially more people who came and went), cavorted well into the early hours laughing, shouting and banging around, oblivious of other guests. When another guest knocked to complain they didn’t answer the door. There was no overnight staffing.

Ideal location for a motorcycle stop over and the bikes were safe. Close to eating and drinking establishments. The guy on duty the Friday evening and Saturday morning deserves a special mention as very good humoured and opened breakfast early as we were on an early ferry!!
