friendly staff, great location and quiet

We stayed at this location for one night. We landed late at night and had a flight next day in the morning. For that, this location is quite convenient as it's relatively closer to the airport compared to Miraflores. Given Lima's traffic, it was much faster. The hotel also seems to be located in a safe residential neighborhood. They provided an airport taxi pick up but overcharged us. It was late at night and our first time in Peru so we didn't know; we wish the hotel was fair. The front desk and staff is very kind, helpful, and hospitable. It was a little cool outside and the room was cold; there was a space heater but not very effective. The room had hot water for shower next day. The WiFi was pretty bad. Overall the room was comfortable, just right for us for a one night stay. The breakfast next morning was quite delicious with plenty of choices. They also provided us a water bottle without charging, which speaks copiously about their generosity. Overall a good find which is relatively closer to the airport.

The shower pressure is great. The location is great.

I don't like the carpets. I hate the hard, uncomfortable pillows. The pillows were the worst part of my stay.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very helpful, especially after our wallet was stolen at the zoo.. Across from a park, but only 2 blocks from commercial.. The stolen wallet prevented us from tipping more

Nice location tucked away on a quiet street across from a park. Close to the airport, though not as close to tourist sites. Very friendly & accommodating staff. I arrived late and they simply rebooked me for one night instead of the two that I’d reserved.

Everything was lovely

The windows are not sealed and it's gets really dumpy and cold at night. I had to sleep with my winter coat on.

The staffing were not helpful at all JOT FRIENDLY AT ALL..I FELT LIKE THEY WERE CUSTOMERS NOT ME.

Nice view of a park across the street, suite-style rooms accommodated a family of 3, clean rooms and helpful, attentive, friendly staff. Breakfast was delivered to room before early flight!

Staff were super acomidating even with me having to checking in hours early due to a national curfew. Also the room service breakfast was a plus after a long flight.

Very clean and extremely comfortable bed.I met a few staff all of which were very helpful.I had a room at the front overlooking a beautiful little park.On the roof is a small terrace were you can sit.Very quiet street and would stay again.

I had a great view. It's near the shopping mall and airport. The neighborhood had a nice park.
