Great location, just next to the high street. Free parking. Spacious and clean. Full kitchen utilities and washing machine.

No body soap and shampoo.

The apartment was really nice. It had everything we needed. The check in was really easy and the private parking was a good extra.

Breakfast not included, location very central to all shops and pubs , and 15 minutes from South lakes zoo, lots of other activities to do aswell.

Couldn't ask for anything more really.

how big the apartment actually was, it facilitated me and my husband really well. the guest book was very informative on everything from the apartment to the area!

Comfortable and spacious apartment - perfect for a family of 4. Really nicely furnished. Excellent location to base ourselves for trips to the south Lakes. Good running route from apartments up to Dalton.

Fantastic apartment, very well fitted and decorated. The apartment even had sky Q package, including the sports which was a big plus for me. Nice size bath & also shower which we also liked & the bed was really comfy, which usually im quite picky about as mamy hotel beds are too stiff for our liking. Onsite parking is at the rear & only for residents staying at the apartment, which is good too.

The only one thing which wasnt great was not being able to control the heating & hot water, both nights we ran out of hot water (after about 1 baths worth, its all gone so if you wamt to wash pots etc..good luck lol) In the afternoon the apartment got really cold & if im paying per nighr accommodation for a weekend, i really do expect to be able to put my the heating on when cold, not have to call the landlord to ask for that and wait while the water heats/apartment picks up temperature.

unfortunately something they do not mention, the hot water gets turned off after 11pm. also the heating temperature is locked away so you are unable to adjust it, the hot water doesn’t get very hot either and for the money it isn’t worth it I like to go away and enjoy the heating and hot water

If it was a hotel it would be 4 going on to 5 stars. The self catering was of the highest quality. Private car park. Besides apartment keys we had keys for both outside doors front and back to the private car park. Front door intercom to the apartment. Sound proofing from the main road traffic was excellent.

Perhaps better outer door security to the rear car park. Barrow is an inner city just here.
