I had a wonderful stay at the Swiio Hotel. It exceeded my expectations. The staff was very hospitable. The room design was beautiful (clean minimalist) and liked the extra touches with the scents, free mini bar, pillows. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! I didn’t want to leave.

Wi-Fi connection was poor. I had some important meetings on Zoom so needed good connection. The staff was helpful to improve the situation before I had more online meetings.

Design is very modern and minimalist, and size of room was big for Taipei standards. Minibar was free (including beer) and there were lots of interesting hidden away scents and gadgets for you to discover within the room. Bathtub was super big and great to relax at end of the day. Bed was very comfortable with pillow menu, and didn't notice any noise at night. Housekeeping was super fast. Hotel also helped to arrange airport transfer from hotel to airport at NTD1000 (cheaper than airport rate). Lots of great high-rating eateries around and easy walking distance to East district. The location is not near the train station, it's a 10-15 minute walk to either Da-an, Zhongxiao Fuxing or Zhongxiao Dunhua - but if you're ok to walk then there's many cafes and shops to discover in the alleys.

Just a suggestion to have more hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, we had to pull out the laundry line to use which was weird. Price was slightly high but we stayed over the new year period, so understandable.

We loved staying at this hotel! The minimalist design and the spacious rooms were great. Loved the sofa bed that you can relax on. The scents provided in the room were beautiful, as well as the Laundress set. The location was great - close to MRT stops and many trendy cafes and restaurants.

The technology in the room were cool, but not very useful. Air ventilation could be improved, since it took a while for the room to get dry after taking a shower. I wish the window could open for fresh air. The free laundry machine was awesome and much-needed, but the dryer was not very effective - even after 30 minutes our clothes were still damp.

Located in a chic neighborhood and got a good connected to public transport. The room is cozy and provides a lovely smell which under your choice. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
