Great location in Gueliz. Next to all amenities needed. Reception staff are always friendly and welcoming.

TV in the apartment is not working. The shower is broken. There was lots of noise during the night from apartments above, so we didn't get a good night's sleep for a couple of nights.

Clean and the location

The A/C wasn't in the bedroom and the kitchen missed an A/C so in the afternoon the kitchen was hot and you couldn't use it or stay in it.

The 2 Ladies on Reception, spoke Excellent English, and were very helpful and friendly, Mustafa, T the night security manager, was very helpful and friendly and helpful for directions for my early morning walks. The location of this property is really fantastic, train 15 walk, Carrefour 5 minutes. !.

A lot of space

Bed was not very comfortable.

I chose this hotel for its location close to an event I was attending at the nearby Radisson and I have no regrets about that. I saved a lot of money by staying here--it's just around the corner and across the street. It's also within walking distance of many restaurants and a mall with a large grocery store inside. For the most part, the front desk agents were very nice and helpful.

Some of the lights in the apartment weren't working and they were never fixed once we reported them. The apartment claims to have a balcony--and technically it does--but it's definitely not worth paying extra for. It's very small, dusty, and there's no view to speak of. Not inviting at all. There was some dog poop just outside the front gate of the property and for nearly a week that I stayed there, no one ever cleaned it up. I get that perhaps technically it's not on the property, but you would think you wouldn't want that to be your guest's first impression. While they were happy to arrange a taxi to pick us up from the airport, when we requested a taxi for our return trip, we were told to go to the corner and wave one down. Our booking claimed that there was daily housekeeping, but we saw no sign of that in our apartment.

Friendly and flexible staff. Comfortable room for even longer stays. Located in a very nice Gueliz neighbourhood, near by the train station (a bit far away from the Medina but still walkable).

The bathroom smelled like cigarrets. Even though the room is called Tobacco, we had the idea that is was for none smokers. However, the rest was very clean and nice!

Cleanness, location & staff. Up grader to supervisor apartment as the one we were booked in had no electricity in part of the kitchen

No one @ reception for 15 minutes. Some power sockets not working, and towels only provided after each 2 / 3 days.
