How we received at the reception desk

The noise was unbearable at night and around 5am it became worse

Very close to all amenities - mall is less than 5 minutes walk. Breakfast wasn't so bad - restaurant staff NOT friendly or welcoming at all!

Room fittings were worn and very dated. Carpet was very dusty and bed linen stained.

Everything ok , but I STRONGLY suggest that you DO NOT include breakfast in your offer. Rather tell guests about the availability if they choose to use it , it's on them! WORST EXPERIENCE ever , bfast in Motel next door , was not instructed on how to get there , really unfriendly , untrained staff at the Motel , unacceptable hygiene , dirty tables , cuttlery , chairs etc etc . Water stained roof , damaged wooden counter from which food are served, overall not pleasant . More of a budget canteen experience than a hotel breakfast that was expected. I suggest the hotel's manager go eat bfast and experience first hand what they offer their guests.Really not up to standard. Only R300 cheaper for our stay than other much better hotels in town. (R1500 VS R1200)

Safe and secure parking. Big, spacious and clean room. Warm water to shower. Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Very limited WiFi.

The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. White bedding was clean and comfortable. Good location - central to everything and easy to travel to and from the airport. Nice looking building from the outside.

Some lights in the room did not work (lightbulbs broken). Bathroom was cramped and old but clean. The back rooms don't have a view and there is quite a bight spotlight that can bother those who sleep lightly. The cleaning staff start early and they are noisy - so don't expect to sleep late. Staff at reception is pleasant but they don't offer any information other than when you ask something.

Easy location, shopping centre walking distance.

Black mold in bathroom and cockroaches in fridge and room. Breakfast not worth it.

The hotel is a little dated but very popular with guests. The breakfast included was very good. There are restaurants and bars adjacent ,but I never sampled them. Again quite popular talking to other guests.

The hotel is kind of dated but kept in tip top condition.

Accessibility

Shower facility - very old-fashioned shower head not able to control it. Water mixing very difficult - seems like a pressure problem. Curtains shabby, stains on ceilings. The coffee set-up is a disaster. Staff attitude on arrival - speaking Afrikaans even when I called to enquire. Very thin toilet paper😭

Location is good. Room is good value for money. Reception staff is very friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Breakfast staff accommodated us during our prayer day with vegetable even though there was none on the breakfast menu. Generators during load shedding. Light stopped working in our bathroom and no maintenance guys were available so the kind female at reception arranged a second room for us to use.

Only 2 teabags where given for our week long stay. WiFi is not free. You need to buy a voucher after 300mb per stay. The toilet/bathroom is untidy and needs to be deep cleaned or completely redone. Shower tiles are mouldy. Doors in hallway touches the scrapes on the floor so others disturb you. There's only 4 satellite channels, SABC 1 and 2. Only 1 iron and ironing board in entire hotel. Only one microwave in entire hotel.

Place is awesome, peaceful and great breakfast. How have loved to stayed longer
