위치는 인근 관광지에서 가까워서 좋았고 특히 주차장 직원분께서 손글씨로 쓰신 관광지 목록을 주셔서 잘 활용하였습니다. 덕분에 울산에 대한 좋은 기억을 간직할 수 있었습니다. 다음에 울산을 다시 방문한다면 또 호텔 다움에 묵겠습니다.

킹베드룸이 두개인 룸에 묵었는데 좀 좁은 듯했어요. 비지니스 호텔이니 그러리라 생각합니다.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was high quality. The chef went out of her way to make sure my child was happy. The location was great.

Reception staff was polite and helpful, room was very clean

Someone, either staff (that had no business opening the room since we were only there for one night) or someone with the wrong key card (again, that would be on the staff issuing an incorrect card) straight up opened our door and left it open, we could have been robbed but we got lucky. Location was ok but only for business travellers. If you want to see Ulsan more this was not a good spot. The room was rather humid. The parking is basically unusable unless you understand Korean, not only were the instructions on how to access the tower only available in Korean, but the staff was also not willing to come along and help you with the process. Self service or no service basically.

We got a family room. It came with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. Very spacious. Would come back again

Ac in the living room kept turning off on its own but it didnt really matter bc the one in the bedroom was working perfectly

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was clean and had all the facilities you could need. There is a great coffee shop in the foyer. Good location with lots to eat around. Great value for money! We really enjoyed our stayed and extended it by 1 more night.
