very good location with parking space. Good air-co and the apartment had a nice terrace.

No washing machines in the apartments and quite expensive laundry service. No mosquito net at the windows

Residenza Locci is located in the heart of Teulada. From the first meeting they were friendly, helpful and considerate. Our suite was clean, fresh and well lit with ample door and window light and fresh breezes. The suit was well outfitted for a longer stay with a kitchenette, 2 burner stove, eating area and more than enough cooking and serving utensils for the vacationer who prefers to eat in. We especially appreciated the outside living space attached to our suite and the private gated parking.

Everything was super clean! The bed is comfortable and you have a great view from the balcony. the air conditioning works perfect. the hosts where super nice and gave us also a water boiler and a warmer blanket after we asked for it. The town is super small but cute with a few good restaurants and it’s close to beautiful beaches.

Good location in a lovely little town with a few restaurants and bars to visit in the evening. We felt one night here was enough during our road trip tour of the south of the island.

The room was rather basic and a bit outdated perhaps. Whilst the staff were not rude we found that they could have been a bit more welcoming and accommodating during our stay (although perhaps this was due to a language barrier).

Beautiful property with a very friendly host. We have enjoyed our balcony with the city view in the evening and a beautiful sky full of stars at night

Location was great. Room had everything we needed.

A wonderful hotel, surrounded by a garden with lemon and pomegranate trees, eggplants and herbs. We stayed for only two nights but wished, we had much more time there. Everything was sparkling clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the wooden furniture, the big fridge and most of all the beautiful balcony. You can park directly on the property which is great and it takes only ten minutes to get to the beach. We even got to meet the owner, who is an incredibly sweet and humble man, who takes care of the garden all by himself. He gave us the tastiest datterino tomatoes from his own harvest. Ancora grazie mille per tutto.
