12 Church Lane est un chalet semi-détaché de 2 chambres récemment construit dans une position à Ely qui est difficile à battre; la cathédrale, le palais des évêques, Cromwells House et l'église paroissiale St Marys sont tous à quelques mètres, tout comme d'excellents restaurants et pubs. Le chalet est entièrement équipé avec des appareils de qualité et est confortablement meublé. Une pompe à chaleur à source d'air fournit un chauffage au sol qui peut être réglé par des thermostats dans chaque pièce. Il est attribué un parking hors route pour une grande voiture et un jardin patio privé. Il y a un hall d'entrée spacieux avec w. c. donnant sur un salon / cuisine / salle à manger à aire ouverte avec portes-fenêtres à l'arrière. A l'étage, 2 chambres; la chambre arrière a un lit double et donne sur l'église paroissiale; la chambre avant a un canapé-lit double et donne sur la cathédrale d'Ely. Cela peut être utilisé comme salon ou chambre selon le nombre de personnes séjournant. A l'étage se trouve également une salle de bains familiale avec douche et w. c. La propriété a été récemment équipée d'articles de qualité et offre une base très confortable pour explorer Ely et ses environs. Nous avons fourni une sélection de livres, DVD et jeux de société. Les propriétaires vivent sur place et peuvent répondre à toutes les questions de leurs invités.

Brilliant location with allocated parking. Quiet, comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for a sort stay visiting family for Christmas. There were lovely touches such as Christmas tree, fairy lights, mince pies and fabulous chocolates. Will definitely stay again!

Modern spacious property in a perfect location to explore all the attractions of Ely. My partner and I attended the Sunday Advent service in the cathedral, which was very close to the property. Would definitely stay again if visiting Ely.

This house had excellent reading lights and comfortable sofas. So many holiday cottages are dark, and one of my chief enjoyments on holiday is catching up on some books - this house was ideal!

Area new to us..house in a smashing location and everything as described. Andy is a great host, who communicated well pre and during stay. Enjoyed the cathedral ans took the train to Cambridge which was a great day out. Recommend to explore area. Food at the The Royal Standard pub excellent and great value

The property was modern, exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Ely or the surrounding area; on-site parking an added bonus. Lovely little outside space (given good weather).
Hopefully we will ba able to stay again next time we visit Ely.

We had previously walked past the cottage and had taken the details. We were in no way disappointed! The cottage is lovely - well appointed and beautifully clean. In a fantastic setting!

This cottage was exactly as described and the host made us feel welcome even before we arrived. Lovely touches like having a few necessities on hand (coffee, some fruit, eggs, bread and butter were very much appreciated. All details for operation of media equipment, restaurants, interesting local sites, location of shops/grocery shops was well organized and wonderful to have at our finger tips. Extremely walkable city, train station with all major routes needed, couldn’t ask for a better accommodation or location. Many thanks to Andy and Clare for a wonderful stay.

We stayed for a week. The property had everything we needed - great location, a stone's throw from the city centre, yet very quiet. Everything just a short walk away - shops, buses & trains, river, cathedral etc... Highly recommend.

My daughter and I were visiting Ely to go to a concert at the Cathedral. Our view of the cathedral from the cottage was beautiful. We were near the centre and very much enjoyed eating at the Old Fire Engine restaurant. Excellent. Local information provided by Andrew. Extremely happy with this short break. Many thanks

Ideally situated for exploring the beautiful cathedral and surrounding ancient architecture. The small house has everything necessary for a short stay and the tiny walled garden gives complete privacy for relaxing in the afternoon sun listening to the many blackbirds and chaffinches.

The property is in a very good location for all of Ely's facilities together with an off-road parking space. Though relatively small, the property is very well equipped and comfortable. Andy catered for our requirements and the welcome pack was very much appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and may well return again in the future. Thank you Andy for a relaxing break.

This was our second stay at this lovely and perfectly situated cottage. The place is immaculate, close to the cathedral, pubs, restaurants and market. The cottage is the perfect spot to come home to after a lovely day in Ely. The owner, Andrew, is responsive and answered any question we had. We most definitely will return.

We have stayed at this house on a couple of occasions and would definitely recommend it. It has all that we need for a relaxing stay in Ely visiting family - brilliant location, very close to the cathedral and shops, yet very quiet; very comfortable and clean interior with much attention to detail; and an effortless check-in and departure process. The house was clean and comfortable, but most importantly was in the right position. I went for work and it was a walk and my wife was easily able to walk around Ely.
It was well stocked for cutlery. Would stay again if needed to come back.

The property was so comfortable and the owners really did think of absolutely everything you could ever need meaning you can just unpack your clothes and enjoy your stay. There were so many really lovely finishing touches too from toiletries in the bathroom to treats to welcome us and our little Cavalier which were very gratefully received. The property is so well located too, just a short walk to the high street, river, Oliver Cromwell’s house and of course the magnificent cathedral. We had a truly lovely stay and would definitely recommend this property for anybody looking to visit Ely.

We decided to come to Ely last minute to visit family over Christmas, due to a cancellation thankfully number 12 was available. The communication with Andy was excellent, the house was exceptional and spotless, we couldn’t fault it one bit. We’re so pleased with our stay, it really felt like a home from home and it was perfectly located! Thank you, we really hope to get to stay here again!

The cottage was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect location right in the centre of town near the cathedral.Walking distance to everything. Nice little courtyard, perfect for a summer evening. Just round the corner from a decent pub with a very nice garden.

Excellent location midway between the Cathedral and The Prince Albert. Our choir sang Evensong daily for the week then quenched our thirst in the PA. Brilliant.

Overall the cottage suited our requirements inasmuch as it had a good location close to the city centre and the location of the event we were attending. The parking was a challenge in that other people parking in their designated spots did not always park within the lines and no.12's spot is tight. One evening my wife had to climb over the gear stick to exit via the passenger door as the next door car was almost over no.12's place.

Lovely property, perfect location
I booked the property for me, my sister and my 14 year old grandson. We had come to Ely to attend a concert in the cathedral. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a couple of minutes' walk from the cathedral and the town centre and has parking for one car. The second bedroom is a little small, and only has a sofa-bed, but fine for a teenage boy.

Ely getaway
The house was is a fantastic location with easy walk to the cathedral and the High St. The small garden was very comfortable and a favorite sitting spot. It was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. It is the perfect place for a couple.
