3 Bedroom Bungalow In Eastbourne recently refurbished
Nous avons un bungalow de 3 chambres situé sur le domaine privé Kings Park à côté de Sovereign Harbour à Eastbourne, East Sussex, qui a reçu en juillet 2015 une note de 4 étoiles de Visit England ainsi qu'un certificat d'excellence Tripadvisor décerné en 2017. Une nouvelle véranda avant et des meubles de patio améliorés ont été ajoutés en 2016. En 2017, une salle de douche avec wc et lavabo, une buanderie et une entrée arrière ont été ajoutées. Malgré le renouvellement de notre note de 4 étoiles par Visit England pour 2016 et 2017, nous avons décidé de nous retirer de ce programme en raison d'une augmentation des frais avec peu d'avantages. Nos normes élevées ne seront pas affectées.
Le bungalow a été entièrement rénové et propose un hébergement pour jusqu'à 6 personnes dans 3 chambres doubles avec 1 lit king-size et 2 lits jumeaux. Une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four, plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / congélateur et pour 2017, un lave-vaisselle, est fournie, ainsi qu'une salle de bain familiale avec douche et une salle de douche spacieuse avec WC et lavabo. De grands téléviseurs à écran plat sont installés dans le salon et la chambre principale. Un espace utilitaire adjacent à la porte arrière propose désormais un lave-linge et un sèche-linge. Le bungalow est «tout électrique» et fonctionne sur la base d'un compteur de cartes à puce acheté à Kings Park.
Notre bungalow de 3 chambres doubles à Eastbourne est proche de Sovereign Harbour avec aire de jeux pour enfants, terrasse et jardin, accès Wi-Fi, parking, Sovereign Harbour a un Asda, un cinéma multiplex, un coiffeur, TK Maxx, Boots, Next, Sports Direct, Harveys et autres magasins tous à seulement quelques minutes. Il possède également un restaurant indien, un Thaïlandais, deux Italiens, deux Américains, un Harvester et deux bars à vin. À quelques minutes en voiture, en bus ou à pied pour les plus énergiques, se trouve le centre-ville d'Eastbourne avec sa plage, ses boutiques, sa jetée victorienne et ses théâtres. Ou pourquoi ne pas vous aventurer dans la belle campagne environnante? Emmenez les enfants à Treasure Island ou à Fort Fun. Cinq minutes en voiture sur la route est un chemin de fer miniature à côté d'un terrain de golf public. A vingt minutes en voiture se trouve le zoo de Drusilla avec du plaisir et du divertissement pour toute la famille ou pour ceux qui veulent l'air frais Beachy Head. Excellent spacious cottage. Immaculate throughout, Comfortable beds and very peaceful area. Ideal place to take my 88 year old mam and 82 year old uncle. Sarah communicated with us whilst we were there Would highly recommend this property thank you for helping us enjoy our holiday

Brilliant fluffy large towels.
The only problem was getting an electricity card as clubhouse was shut
& machine empty. This was NOT the hosts fault and she helped as much as she could.

Recently refurbished, modern, fresh feel. Lovely welcome pack, tea, biscuits, etc, perfect after the journey.
Plenty of space for 6 adults and teenagers. Our stay coincided with storm Ciaran so one day totally washed out. However, this was a cosy, comfortable, place to stay, so all good! Gated community is overall quiet and friendly. Easy access to tourist interest, and supermarket 3 min walk away. Ideal place for us to stay.

Couldn't fault it , the bungalw was the perfect size for myself, wife, 12 yr old son and our little dog . Very well equipped with every thing you might need and the location is perfect for all amenities . The beach and marina are very close . We all loved it and will definitely return .

We absolutely loved it here and we didn’t want to come home. After a 5hr drive we arrived to find the owner had left us Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Biscuits. Very thoughtful!! The bungalow was very spacious and clean. Everything you could possibly need was available to you and I mean everything. Towels are big, soft and fluffy. The kids were so pleased as the Wi-Fi was easily accessible and fast. The beds are very comfortable and the bungalows location is so quiet. You will definitely get a good nights sleep.
Would we stay here again… most definitely!! We can’t wait to return xx

Lovely bungalow on gated complex of what seem mostly retirement bungalows. The estate is well maintained and generally quiet. Some noise from retail park behind property. I think some youngsters congregate there in their cars some evenings, with loud music one night. We were blessed with excellent weather. Only downside to this, property became very warm. Would benefit from a fan and blinds in the front south facing conservatory. Clean, well equipped with comfortable beds. Overall Would recommend .

Wir enjoyed our stay at Eastbourne! Bungalow was as described, good beds, nice and clean bathrooms, good kitchen.
Only thing missing in the describtion was, how to get through the gates at Kings side. (Gate for the cars opened automatically for all cars, but we were not aware of that first). And it got quite hot in the appartment, as we found nothing to keep the sun out. And there where no insect screens on the windows and doors. So it was difficult, to get fresh air in without getting also the mosquitos...
But overall, we liked the bungalow a lot! Thanks for the good time there!

This was our third visit to this beautifully presented property with all amenities. Close to Soverign Harbour and Asda. It serves our needs admirably with plenty of cutlery and crockery so you don't have to keep doing bits of washing up but can leave until you have a full dishwasher load. Very quiet location.

A lovely bungalow on a very quiet estate. Quite a walk into town/to the beach, but there is a bus. The bungalow was scrupulously clean when we arrived (and it was lovely to find the makings of a cup of tea on the table ready for us!) and the house is very well-equipped...everything we needed for a great holiday - thank you!

Sarah is a great host, maintaining the property to the highest standards. It is set within the private Kings Park estate which is immaculately maintained and is quiet and peaceful. The neighbours are welcoming and the bungalow is situated perfectly for visits to Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne and Pevensy Bay. Will absolute stay here again!

Quiet location and good sized rooms. Asda around the corner and convenient for walks along sovereign harbour. Great mo fuss Checking in and checking out. Bungalow was nicely decorated and had everything you need. Discovered some old information leaflets in a folder tucked away under a corner table. Would have been useful to have a one page summary explaining useful information eg where electricity box is, how to see the credit balance and where to purchase electricity card (office on site has limited opening hours), how to get to supermarkets and places to go to exercise dog as we had to find people to ask.

The bungalow is situated in an area of similar properties, Kings Park off Pevensey Bay Road.
No 8, Cromarty Walk is very comfortable and attractively furnished.
It is lovely that it has two bathrooms . It is very well equipped. We travelled by train and bus so did not take tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc and these were there as well as a couple of dishwasher tablets which was helpful I would have liked a dishcloth or similar.
There is a large Asda a short walk from the edge of Kings Park. A short walk a bit further past Asda and the other shops takes you to a small harbour area where there is a Harvester and other restaurants.
It is easy to get to town or to the nearby swimming centre by bus.

We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, great location, well equipped, quiet & peaceful. We would highly recommend staying & we’ll definitely come back to our favourite seaside place.

Perfect for families and groups. Two bathrooms, one with walk-in shower, and plenty of space, makes for an ideal venue. Very quiet location. Have stayed on several occasions and have not been disappointed.

My friend and I took my 84 year old mum, the place is beautiful, very clean, and they have catered for everyone, I will hopefully be returning if they will have us, and my little pomeranian tilly, felt at home straight away, thankyou x

Property very clean and well provided for. We stayed with 4 children aged 5-9….loads to do locally. Site is very quiet with no commercial entertainment etc which we wanted. Great stay great accommodation
