The flat was very clean and tidy with great sea views. Only down sides was the beds were very hard

This is a lovely relaxing flat, ideal for walks and local shops. The accommodation has sea views and also great views of the aircraft at RAF Lossiemouth. The town itself whilst being small has all the amenities you need. Particularly Queen St which has good shops and every type of take away you would wish and all of a good standard! There is plenty to do and see in and around Lossiemouth. We would definitely recommend this property, the owner is very helpful, and He responded very quickly via text if we had a enquiry. You would definitely have a relaxing and enjoyable stay if you booked this property.

Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely waking up to sea views and easy access to Moray Coastal Path. Lossiemouth wonderful little town with all amenities and only 10 min drive to Elgin. Apartment well equipped and good location. Never got to meet the owner but communication good via text. Little mix up over arrival as apartment not ready and cleaner still there but wasn’t a huge problem and in Covid times understand things can take longer. Couldn’t find any manuals on how to work electrical goods or heating but muddled through. I would say apartment ok for 4 adults but no more definitely struggle with more due to size guess ok if using lounge for children. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Clean, spacious, excellent location, great apartment. Everything that was needed for a stay was there, close to a play park (100m) and a little further to the beach. Perfect for kids . Local shops are a few minutes walk for a supermarket and a slightly longer walk to the sea front for some perfect ice creams

We found the property very clean and it provided comfort for all our family members It is very central to the local amenities and for going to visit further north if need be Stuart was very helpful and prompt to reply if we had any questions he is an excellent host We would definitely stay here again

An excellent location in a very modern property with all mod cons. Probably more than we actually needed but it was good to have the space. I would use this property again. The owner was very helpful and provided a very good welcome pack.

Lovely, airy, big, well equipped flat! Easy parking, direct access to beach, 200m from mini supermarket, and takeaways (if needed). Some good cafés for lunch. Walking/coast in the area is stunning, interesting places within 15 minutes drive.. Wild life plentiful. We had great weather too! My partner needed the rest, the space, the timeout, the second bedroom, even for a couple, is well worth it... A chance for "me time".

Clean fresh modern property

Fantastic flat with an ocean view. It was perfect for our visit to the area. Very clean and ready for guests when we arrived. Great communication from Stuart and the welcome basket was a nice touch.

Flat was spotless and well maintained, gift basket on arrival giving it that special something. Lovely coastal walk just behind property, well located for surrounding activities. Comfortable and restful.

A few changes needed ie redhead comes off in small pieces into the bed not pleasant and longer door sticks when opening therefore leaveing scuff marks .plus hanging wires not really child friendly but easy rectorfide

10 minutes walk to a Co-op and a variety of takeaways, about the same to reach the sandy West beach, less if you clamber from the rear of the property. Parking provided, as was any utensil I needed. Stuart was waiting to greet me and guide me around. My later query was answered promptly by text. Great service!

Accommodation was a described, clean with everything you could wish for. The welcome pack was a very welcome surprise. Stuart was very accommodating and nothing too much trouble, even allowing us to stay later on the last day. Lossiemouth and the beach were lovely and the icing on the cake was seeing the dolphins up close at Chanory Point. We will definiately be back! Great well equipped apartment with a good layout. Communication with the owner was very easy before we arrived and whilst we were there. Lots of private parking on site.

Very close to sea front, fully equipped inc baby seat and cot, spare towells etc.

Had a good few days , visiting friends, good weather. Central for visiting places.

My bloke and I were visiting friends of his over the Christmas holidays, and Lossiemouth was the perfection location for our stay. The flat is clean, spacious, well furnished, and very comfortable. You can see the firth from one side of the flat and the beach is a short walk away. Stuart went over and above by providing us holiday treats including Prosecco, Christmas crackers and chocolates. We had a lovely time, thank you and Happy New Year! Juliette

We were personally welcomed by Stuart who met us at the property flexible around our travel needs. The welcome pack was lovely and a nice touch. The Apartment itself was lovely. Very clean, neat and tidy with an excellent social space, great amenities and a gate at the back of the complex straight into a beach path. I would definitely not hesitate in recommending the property which is great value and very modern :)

What a very lovely modern welcoming apartment. A home from from in the most idyllic laid back scenic lossiemouth. A very warm welcome from Stuart, welcome pack and the little welcoming touches of flowers and a bottle of prosecco were greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this apartment to all, the beach is just outside back gate and has some fantastic views, hope to get back soon.

Pros: Great location near beach, golf and restaurants. Nicely decorated apartment, nicer bathroom than I have at home. Excellent kitchen. The owner was very pleasant and helpful and responded quickly to any enquiry Cons: Bathroom needs a large mirror. Beds are not comfortable. Small doubles so not great if you have 2 older children sharing. There is a cot though.

The flat was a 5 minute walk from the beach with sea views from the bedroom and kitchen. The flat was well presented and Stuart met us on arrival, showed us round. Thank you Stuart for a lovely few days away.

A nice welcome gift on arrival, met Stuart who is very friendly and gave us some advise regarding places where we can eat. Lovely see view from the bedroom and kitchen window - I reallyreallmiss miss it doing the dishes now 😁😁 Located next to Beach Bar and other restaurants.

This property is perfect, clean and welcoming. Stuart the owner was a perfect host giving us a lovely welcome and showing us around the apartment and telling us a little about the area. It was fantastic that he had even thought to get us a pint of milk on arrival. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Very nice apartment and owner. Missing some home comforts I.e. Mirrors in the bathroom and bedroom and a coffee table in the lounge.

Spacious apartment with all necessary amenities - and then some! Great location so close to the water. Steps away from the beach pub. Steps away from the beach trail. Views of the water and lighthouse from the kitchen and bedroom. Short walk to the grocery store and other restaurants. Only stayed two nights - could easily have stayed longer.
