the rooms were even bigger than we expected

The view is great. It’s very comfortable, large flat. With a huge living room, big terrace, very comfortable three rooms. Very clear instructions how to get in. The beach is 10 minutes walk.

The location is not very pretty with cubical houses from soviet times or something. But it’s cheap and quick to get to the old city by taxi. We used Uber.

I liked self-checking. No one had to wait for us. Spacious flat, with big terrace, spacious bathroom. Owner really nice person, we met her at the end. Flat in good location, close to the water, not far from beach. I recommend take Uber to the city central, is not super comfortable eay to the bus stop

It was the most beautiful stay in a wonderfully accommodated apartment! Everything was perfect, clean, and the kitchen was full of gadgets, coffee, and another things. I highly recommend staying here for all your SPLIT travels. The view at night and in the morning is to die for!

I loved everything, there was nothing bad about our stay.

View!!! Really impressive, parking, free wifi and washing machine helped us in our stay. 2 toilets, one bath, comfortable beds.

Furniture is a bit old, some are broken, only one air conditioner, which is located in living room, no in bedrooms.

Just great! And the terrace was just splendid . The kitchen is also fully equipped

There is no dedicated parking spot. Finding a place to park later in the evening can be challenging.

A little bit hard to find a parking place near the apartment, but there's a big and free parking place 100m from the apartment

Apartment was clean, spacious, cool and secure. Loved the balcony with sun loungers, table and awning to protect from the sun. Lounge & kitchen area is big with really comfy sofas. Bedrooms all a decent size with plenty of storage space. Large Bathroom with huge bath. Very quiet & peaceful neighbourhood. Plenty of supermarkets close by. Location is good - only about 10 minute walk to local beach and only 15-20 minute drive to Split's Old Town & Port - we used our hire car and had no problems finding affordable parking through Parkopedia, and lots of free parking at the weekend too. Split Old Town itself is pretty small - we could have stayed there instead for a similar price, but in a much smaller place without balcony and view. We wanted a large apartment that we would enjoy spending time in - from where we could visit the old town for 2-3 hours, but return to and have the space and the view to enjoy - really important for family with 3 teenagers...... lots of chill out space and strong WiFi signal! Maja is an excellent host. We'll definitely stay again :-)

We really can't fault anything about the apartment. Other reviews mention the distance to Split Old Town and that it's a 3rd Floor apartment (without elevator), but we were fully aware of these when booking, so they weren't a problem for us.
