Pillows were a little too rough; Drinks served at the pool bar need improvement. The staff at the pool was flawless though; Specially Daniel.

Being owner of a few hotels in Brazil and as well having stayed at this « resort » more than  4 times , I am really sorry to finally see the reality of this place…..so , sure, the location is amazing (as they bought the whole land and beyond) but it is as this French direction trying to make money & money overall , they built pretty ugly buildings to sale all around this wild place (money money money….) since the 1st time I stayed in Jaguaribe , everything went down (except prices of course !)…food is less than average and really expensive, breakfast is poor and always the same, I had a lot of real issues (they charged me twice , they forgot to prepare my room for check-in, they left all room service food more than 24hrs outside the room where I put it, they sent me a taxi who left me in a very wrong place where I got lost, they had both out of order credit card terminals and then forced me to pay another way (I verified after that my card was working very well (hopefully ;) being left in doubt after not functioning in THEIR card terminal…..I could go on and on like this …..and I only stayed 4 days……My opinion is that the French owners don’t care anymore about the place and the clients there, as they charge so much high a price for a hotel & service which don’t deserve nothing to congratulate ……wh at a huge deception (and what a very overpriced place….) don’t go !!!!!!!! (And as I finally asked to talk with direction they preferred ignoring me and not even answering me….)
