loved the location. Felt very safe. Bright modern apartment beautifully cared for by two lovely ladies ( Kushboo and Karishma.) who helped us sort out the internet. loved having a washing machine as it meant we could easily wash and dry towels and clothes prior to flying home. really liked having a basement car park as it meant the car was always cool.

As we are an older couple not having a lift was difficult. Getting suitcases from the basement garage to flat 6 wasn’t easy. Need clearer information on using / dealing with internet connection and smart television.

The location is great and the apartment was super clean . Staff were very helpful and respectful!

Service desk has certain working hours so make sure you know it in case anything is needed in the apartment

Comfort. Everything we needed in fantastic condition. The host clearly cares about his property and keeps it clean and well looked after. Very modern design too. High quality alliances by big reputable brands. Very difficult to fault the apartment.

The Internet on the third day frequently went down and then back up even after restating the router. It's kind of out of the host hands so I wouldn't hold this against him. The cleaner collected the money and we were over charged by a thousand rupees although I don't think this was on purpose. None of this put me off all in all I would 100 percent stay here again!

The property was clean and had all the necessary for a family to enjoy their holiday

we had to ask for sheets because in the bed they only had the main cover which was very rough.

It was nice and clean, spacious and location is ideal 2 mins walk to supermarket and public beach.

1. The kitchen is stocked very well. A lot of glasses, cups, plates, cutlery etc. They also had a knife sharpener, bottle opener, nice pots and pans, a Nespresso machine etc. 2. The apartment is located in a good location. Close to a great beach (for tanning and swimming), a supermarket and restaurants. 3. The apartment in general was very clean. 4. The apartment is styled very nicely (comfy couches, big TV and cool coffee table). 5. We received our key without any issues from the super friendly watchman. 6. The balcony is big and has a table big enough to seat 6 people. 7. There are aircons in the bedrooms which was very much needed as it was very warm during our stay. 8. There is secure parking underground. 9. The shared pool is very nice and has super comfy lounge chairs. It was a very pleasant stay. If you are looking to stay in an apartment that is spacious enough for 2 to 4 people I can totally recommend it. The host is also very responsive and friendly.

There is currently construction just across the road. They did not work during the night but during the day it got a bit noisy. There is a main road in front of the building that gets a bit busy and noisy. It's not busy all day though. Both of these issues did not ruin our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

I loved the friendly staff and the host was incredible. Very interactive and accommodating. It was a wonderful stay. The place looks exactly like the pictures and it’s in a great location near everything. A definite win

The Apartment was easy to find, very central location from all restaurants, bars, & entertainment. We had a lady to clean up our apartment everyday, and we were very comfortable and happy with our stay! it felt like home AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK!

We had a small issue with damp towels and bedding, but all it took was for us to tell the cleaning lady and everything was changed.
