The tiles in the shower were very slippery and quite dangerous

The master bathroom has a bad smell during the night. The owner also didn’t reply my last message although she has seen it, or maybe that was just a misunderstanding.

Great space and amenities. Location had easy access to the tram system to get to city center and train stations. Simple and efficient check in and check out process.

This is super minor but the stairs in the unit didn’t have any handrails and just made us be a little more careful with our young kids around.

Everything was perfect, the rooms, bathrooms and the beds were comfortable, the living room was spacious, there was lots of channels on tv, the wifi was very good, it was very well located. Thank you!

if I really need to say something I can only criticize the taps that were too short in relation to the lever and there was no hand soap in the kitchen but otherwise everything was perfect.

We loved the feeling of space within the apartment and the quiet location. It felt very homely, yet stylish with a well-equipped kitchen. Providing some Nespresso pods for the coffee machine was a nice touch. Dishwasher tablets were also provided. Lovely showers and comfortable beds. Hairdryers were available in each bedroom. The supermarket and tram stops were very close. We loved this apartment.

We loved everything, especially the warm welcome and the fact, that the person, responsible for our accomodation, was in touch all the time. The apartment is light, clean and comfortable. Our stay was a pure pleasure.

The apartment is exactly as what it shows in the pictures. Spacious, clean and has all the facilities we need for a short stay. Our family of 4 enjoyed our Christmas in Livorno very much. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, yet not far away from centre attractions nor the train station. The host is very kind, helpful and responsive! We are very grateful for her help during our stay. :)

When we arrived, we called them and they unlocked the door entering the building. We went up to the apartment, put in the code and then the keys were on the table. It was very easy. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The laundry is downstairs and comes with soap and softner. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and dishwasher soap. It was in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops near by. The tram is around the block and you are about 20 minutes from the city center and about 20 minutes from the main train station that will take you to other cities in Belgium. There is also a park around the block, you can actually see it from the balcony of hte apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and found it to be very relaxing. It's a perfect place for families or 2 couples!

apartment is super bright ,spacious and great lay out - bathrooms were very nice -one of the nicest apartments we stayed with in ! perfectly equipped kitchen balcony was a plus super quiet despite being very central in nice neighbourhood- close to everything excellent customer communication with host will definitely come back
