Very late making up of the room. Rather dark room.

Clean spacious rooms, perfect service, excellent breakfast.

Some rooms located on the seventh floor are under the under air conditioners which are very very noisy. The rooms was perfect however it noise was intensive and disturbing for the whole night. Rather avoid rooms on this floor.

Room and bed is nice and clean

I was attending a conference here so first time I have booked, great location and great room, very smart. I come to Brussels 4 times a year and will probably opt for this hotel from now on. I love being in the Centre and its so easy to walk everywhere from this hotel.

Bit of building work going on but not really a problem.

Excellent location, a lot of great restaurants around the hotel.

The breakfast rates were on the higher side, since there were lot of options outside didn’t affect us at all.

The hotel is beautiful and in a fab location with a lovely square with restaurants & cafe nearby

sadly, upon checkin, we were informed due to maintenance works - water would be turned off between 9am-5pm for 2 out of our 3days stay.

The heating in my room was either hot or off. I tried all positions. So, the uncomfortable part was for me in the middle of the night to switch the system from "cooling to off as it only produced a lot of heat" had to open my window. A bit too much WhatsApp communication prior to arriving I had the handle of my door in my hand and that created some stress as you cannot open the door any more. .. managed by putting some paper in between handle and pin and had just enough friction to open the slot and pull the door to me

The lady supervisor with glass at the cafe that served breakfast was really awesome! housekeeping did pretty good job.

dinner service at the hotel restaurant was less than ideal for couple of nights. not sure why food order have to be taken separately from drinks order by different server. the guy that was in suit was not very prompt on serving us vs a bigger group at one of the evening. Dial 0 to request for toothbrush in the evening and was yelled by a lady telling me that “do you know is already 9pm!?” Pillow was too soft but due to the rude lady and didn’t wanna bother her for further request if extra pillow hence did really rest well throughout the stay.

the beds and linens are incredible

check in took longer than expected since I did pre check in on line and had to go through it all again on arrival…

Hotel is very new and good location

it very busy hotel and in morning even we can not east breakfast it is very normal hotel

I loved the location of the hotel. I also liked the breakfast and what was on offer. I could always find something to eat while I was there.
