Room facility and cleaning and one more important thing is sounds of other rooms disturb me alot like tv volume, talking volume etc

I booked this hotel on Oyo and it charges me around 384 rs. for the stay. When I reached the hotel the receptionist told me that I have to pay 800 for the stay . The actual charges proposed by oyo are not in the hotel policy. Pathetic service, pathetic room

Never book through booking.com . I paid the full amount but was denied check in . The staff would not talk to OYO guys and it was a mess. Only checked in after payment of extra amount which was even more than what was shown in other OTAs. Pathetic , bad , avoid booking.com . OYO and above all samrat

Charged extra buck. Booking amount was Rs 514 However, asked 900. Finally settled at Rs 800 after bargain. Which is not fair.

bed sheet was not changed. room was very cosy

There's nothing to like here

Starting with the location, it is super shady and the hotel itself is on 3rd to 5th floor. Rest are other businesses. They said there's no guarantee that the room I booked will become available and said I needed to upgrade. They charged me extra 300 for the room. The hotel practically had several vacant rooms. There was no running water. AC was not cooling. Fan was not working. Room service brought just a cup of tea after more than an hour and three reminder calls The staff is so discourteous, once they give you the key. They just don't care. If you complain, they just try to tell you, you're wrong I can keep going on and on. Long story short, just never ever book this one. They are there to extort money out of you and nothing else.
