Nice house. Multiple places to sit in- and outside, good beds. We felt at home! Refreshing wind and few degrees cooler up here compared to the coast. Car parked under the carport keeps it cool and the sand can be washed off with a hose. Service was prompt when we contacted. Note: use this for navigation: 34,9627885, 32,4052289
The swimming pool is pretty cold: good for waking up in the morning, but unfortunately not for relaxing. Some of the furniture outside needs replacement. The first night we woke up because of the barking dogs of the nearby houses. Few lamps needed tobe replaced, and few of the mentioned complementary goods of the welcome package were missing.

Very well equipped, a/c in every room, large lounge / dining area, fantastic views towards Latchi / Polis
outside areas need a bit of maintenance as well as pool, but reflected in price. Might be a bit remote for some but we loved it.

The house was nice and clean with perfect location and a great clean pool. Perfect for 4 people with kids !

If you want to cook there I recommend to bring a saucepan and additional pan ! I would also recommend to the guest to get a better sofa bed if you are 6 people.

Location was beautiful! Microclimate of the area so pleasant!
Villa in great condition equipped with beautiful furniture. Very secluded with privacy.
View was amazing.
Easy access to Peyia, Coral Bay, Akamas and other nearby villages exploring the area was just great.
some electrical issuess in the double bedroom could be better. But that is just nitpicking
