This charming house is in a great location for the village, which we know and love, enabling us to pop down for shopping and evening meals without having to use the car. The views from the house are superb and the pool and gardens are wonderful.
One gripe would be that the beds and pillows need to be renewed.
Antoine and Sophie were both extremely helpful, responding to any queries immediately.

This is a beautiful villa just a stone's throw from the village. Every morning we would saunter down to the boulangerie for croissants and almond tarts as the perfect start to the day. The villa has wonderful old-world charm, with original wooden doors and stone walls, mixed with a beautiful modern private pool. This was our second stay in this particular villa having discovered it in 2009, and imagine our delight when we found it available again this year through Pure Azur. It's close to the amenities of the village, but also a quick bus ride to Vence takes you to the bigger shops (should the need arise!) The Pure Azur team were wonderful - sorting out a pre-stocked fridge, booking taxis to the airport, and dealing with any questions we gave them. Totally lovely and I am already planning my visit next year.

Property lived up to expectations--excellent location within walking distance of Tourrettes, spacious accommodation and well appointed.Beautiful gardens and stunning views from main and roof terraces.
Property was very clean but bathrooms and kitchen area could do with some updating. Bedrooms would benefit from bug screens on windows to allow ventilation at night. This is essential in smallest bedroom adjacent to kitchen.House in general would benefit from a little TLC.
Two parasols inadequate for number of loungers at poolside .
Manager provided excellent service. Antoine's immediate response to any queries we raised was much appreciated.
He gave plenty of recommendations regarding amenities in village and surrounding area. The boulangerie was very good and meals at Clovis lived up to Michelin star rating. We also enjoyed the other bars and cafes in the village and the weekly market. We were lucky enough to experience the Fete de la Musique on 21st.June.
We wouild not hesitate to recommend this property. We had a marvellous time.

This is a lovely house, the layout with two separate floors works very well and it is very well equipped. There is a lovely terrace to eat out in the shade with a great view over Tourrettes to the sea. The pool was very clean and refreshing, a delight. The location just above Tourrettes is very handy for shopping and restaurants and saved us having to use the car. And finally, the PureAzur team are very helpful indeed.

We loved our stay. The grounds and landscaping were fantastic. Multiple patios and terraces to enjoy at different times of the day for different activities. The views to the coast were calming in the morning, mesmerizing during the day and exciting with the lights of the night. The house had charm and character that was very unique - loved the two floor layout. Antoine and Anissa from PureAzur were perfect - there when we needed or had questions, them but not obtrusive. The location is ideal and a five minute stroll gets your right into the middle of village with everything you need. Would definitely come back . It was a perfect spot for us, very relaxing and exactly what we were hoping for.

We were greeted with a musty odour as we entered and remained for the duration. Although there is a rustic charm some of the furnishings could do with updating in the main living room upstairs.
We had to move to a different bedroom after the first night as the bed had a sagging hole. The other beds were firm but comfortable but all the pillows could be better.
Kitchen appliances and utensils left a lot to be desired and showering in one of the bathrooms proved a bit of a challenge which we did work out.
The pool was somewhat cloudy unlike the picture but the local agent was very responsive to our request to have it seen to.
This would be much better value if the furniture, upstairs kitchen and bathrooms were upgraded.
The location was very convenient but the property could do with some additional maintenance.
Overall it was a bit pricey for what was on offer.

I chose this home based on its location within walking distance of a nice sized village. I also needed at least three bedrooms and a pool. I could not have been more pleased!
The home itself is rustic, yet has modern aspects. I loved the architecture, stone floors, woodwork, terraces, unique kitchen counter ( an old butchers stone), and more.
The bathrooms (with the exception of the one commode ) were updated and good sized. The kitchen had all the appliances you would want, and supplies. I love to cook, so would only ask for perhaps a small upgrade on the knives.
The pool was perfect, nice size, comfortable lounges around the pool with umbrellas. The boules court was an extra bonus, we had fun with several games.
We dined on the terrace for all our meals. The roof top was to hot for the time of year we visited. The home itself maintained a very comfortable temperature. No air conditioning, but that did not matter. You may find the yard layout a bit disjointed, but the property is hillside, so understandable. And it has lovely views!
My husband and I stayed in the lower ensuite bedroom. My daughter and her husband in the large upstairs room, and our friends from Torino in the other upper bedroom. There was still room in the lower alcove if my sister in law decided to come for a few days.
The village has everything you need. Pastry shops, butchers, grocer, bars, restaurants, unique shops. Meander through the medieval town, watch the local boules competitions, stop into the weekly market. Just ideal.
Regarding restaurants, check which days they are open, we tried one on the day they happened to be closed. No problem, there are others to choose from. Consider reservations.
Easy drive from Nice and other great coastal towns.
We would have easily stayed here for another week if we had the time on this particular trip.
I do recommend this property, and would go back.

We had a lovely week in this fantastic villa. The villa is a perfect getaway with a very private feel but by the same token the village is just a short walk away. I booked the villa on a whim when my parents suggested a holiday with their grandchildren and I couldn't have chosen better. The house was well maintained, very clean, quiet and peaceful. There were lots of little hideaways to settle down with a book whilst the boules court and pool kept my teenagers busy. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped for a rental house and I was even able to make a cake for my daughter! The children loved popping down to the village for croissants for breakfast and even the occasional game of tennis at the village courts. The adults enjoyed the wonderful selection of little shops in the village, such a welcome change from big department stores! The terrace at the top of the house proved the perfect relaxing place for an evening glass of wine with phenomenal views out to sea and down to Antibes to watch the setting sun! We even strolled down to the village for dinner a couple of times (there are some great restaurants, our favourite was La Grande Mere) and it was great not having to have the usual discussion about who was going to drive home!
A truly relaxing holiday - highly recommended - it's a gem! Thank you, we shall be back!
