good location and the crew is just wonderful, really nice person always ready to help or to advice about good things to do in the region. The hotel is clean and room are well equipped. you can rent bike or enjoy the swimming pool. The breakfast is simple but good.

If there is a critic to be done....the view from the hotel is a bit damaged by another very old and give up big hotel but this is not the fault of Europa stabia hotel

Awful Experience. Facsimiles do Not exist or misleading €30 per person per day so for a family of 4. It is €120 just to use the swimming pool. NO breakfast was offered. Charged us extra for some made up reasons and held our passports. Personal items disappeared from the room and when pressed some of them showed up. Terrible

Room - very decent size and nice balcony and was cleaned to a great standard every day. Staff - they were very friendly and accommodating and when things went wrong, were understanding and gave compensation. Pool - lovely area.

Location - was a 20 minute walk to the centre of the town which was not lit and uphill heavily on the way back. This was an issue at night and was a nightmare to get taxis and we stayed in the height of summer. Room - very basic. Staff - they were very friendly and accommodating. However one night we booked a taxi from the town through the hotel and it didn't turn up for 35 minutes. This was not the staffs fault and they did give us a free taxi the next day. Pool - NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE - 10 euros for 4 hours use.

The breakfast was great and my daughters loved the fresh crossioints. We had to travel downhill to have lunch, dinner or even drinks, it was nice for me but a bit exhausting for kids. But it's easy to find a taxi if you can afford it.

The ENTIRE staff made us feel like family. The owner made special accommodations for a unique situation allowing our pet to stay in the hotel even though pets are not allowed. It was the best hospitality we have ever experienced. Breakfast was great. Our room was very clean and had a great view of Mount Vesuvius from our balcony. The owner also has a restaurant, in which he personally made reservations for us. It happened to be the best place we ate all week.

too far out of the town very hard to get a taxi back to the hotel in the evening but good value

Pool closed early and wasn't included. Parking cost extra. The view was over two shut down hotels, not so nice.

AC was not working. No insulation between rooms.

Good place for quick stay on the road. Quality and breakfast tasty.

It's a pity there is extra charge for parking your car or motorcycle. It should be included in the price as most people travel with own means of transortation and when you have a bed you should have the parking place included.

good afternoon! the hotel does not meet the requirements and three star starting from check-in: parking on site is paid, TV remote control is available with a deposit of 20 euros, swimming pool is paid 25 euros There aren't even cups in the room! no water, not even one bottle very bad pillows on the balcony there are two dirty plastic studios and no table Poor sound insulation Our child got sick, they asked for hot water at night, and they wanted to take money from us for it, but they didn’t take it when we started to refuse a teapot of water Breakfast: the restaurant is beautiful, but everything ended quickly, even with a small selection! The hotel is not recommended

The offer. I payed the very low price. It was nice to receive a welcoming call. The lady in the reception was very informative.

Breakfast. If this is 4 stars hotel... the breakfast should be fantastic. Regrettably, it wasn't. I booked the hotel, because it was on my to the final destination and they supposed to provide a gluten free, dairy and egg free breakfast. However, it was not the case. I sadly had to go to the waiter and kept asking what they had and what ingredients were. Honestly, I had better breakfasts in the hostels!!! The staffs were more informed and aware. The price encouraged me to make a reservation, otherwise I wouldn't make it. I won't definitely book the hotel in the future.

We love Hotel Europa! The hotel and the staff are wonderful. We wish we could stay more often.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable, the food and drinks were great and the pool had the sun all day. The location was great for exploring the coast and surrounding towns. I was on holiday on my own and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They organised and recommended fantastic excursions. Fabulous hotel and team!

This is a lovely hotel and the staff are so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was great and it had a lovely balcony too. The breakfast was buffet style so plenty to choose from. There was also an outdoor pool which we had the pleasure of using. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. We had a lovely stay.
