The host met us in front of the property to give us the keys and explain everything. Apartment is fairly spacious and clean.
We had an issue with hot water 3/6 nights. Host tried to fix it, but didn’t do quick enough and didn’t offer any compensation. Hot water is something basic on any accomodation. We took freezing cold showers for 3 days . Also, Pedestrian gate key did not work from inside, so if we went out without the car we had to open the car gate to get out. Proper Kitchen utensils not available.

Apartment was clean and comfortable for 3 friends, the owner and his sister helped me in trouble, they were very kind and helpful.

The host Roberta was amazing, so friendly and gave us some great recommendations for food and sightseeing in surrounding areas like Capri! We felt very safe and at home - thank you so much, we would love to come back!

Spacious & modern aparment in a great location, just a few steps from the beautiful sandy beach ! The host was very helpfull. Apartment was close to grocery store, bakery and reataurants. Also very safe because between 2 police stations :)
Can only reccomend and would book again for sure. Great value for money.
The following is not ment negatively but only as a recommendation; The dining room, where the sofa was placed, would need to be darkened somehow, because it is very bright in the morning (glass front door). It would be necessary to add some kitchen utensils such as tea towels, dishes, glasses, a bottle opener. Considering the large spaces, an additional wardrobe with shelves for clothes would be very useful.
It would be necessary to replace the garden furniture (chairs)

Very nice property and very helpful host. It is right next to the beach and about 15min from the center with plenty of restaurants and cafés. It seems to be in a very safe area (next to the police station) and there are available parking spots in the yard.

It had every kind of comforts including pans, coffee, the moka, 2 bottles of water, hairdryer and towels and other utilities.
The apartment was very clean and spacious and had a very strategic placement, near the beach but also to the centre.
You can also have a parking lot right downstairs in a closed space (not a garage)
I’ll definitely coming back

The apartment is located in a closed yard which seems to belong to the local police station. The good thing was that the parking was secure (but payable).
The neighbourhood looks rather dodgy. But 200 meters away, the better part of the town starts. We arrived rather late and had to arrange ourselves the second bed. Would have been nice if it were already done.

the spacious apartment and living room is very quiet.
# in the bath room there is no hooks to hang up your cloths and towels
# there is no sockets in the kitchen. We have to use the sockets in the bath room for cooking the water. Who designed this kitchen?
# No microwave
# the water from the tap looks like milk after the cooking. We dare not to drink this water. Is this normal for Italian tap water?
# the TV doesnt work well. TV has or no picture or no sounds or there is no connection at all.
# the door is stick.

Clean, neat and spacious even for 4 people. Owner Roberta deserves compliments for attitude - provided with additional linens and other stuff s asked. Safe and closed area.
A little bit short of kichen appliances, if you wish to have meals at home.
