Bienvenue �� Coral Escape! Cette belle maison est située sur "le bloc de la plage" et est à seulement 6 maisons des plages de sable blanc de l'île Anna Maria.
Cette maison offre 6 chambres et 4 salles de bain complètes. Sur le niveau de vie principal, vous trouverez une King Master Suite avec salle de bains privative avec une douche à l'italienne. Il y a aussi une autre chambre King à cet étage avec une salle de bain complète adjacente avec douche / baignoire. Au niveau supérieur, vous trouverez 2 chambres King, une chambre avec lits superposés à lits jumeaux et une autre suite King Master avec salle de bains avec douche à l’italienne.
Cette maison est parfaite pour divertir. Il y a une grande table de salle à manger pour 8 avec des sièges supplémentaires à l'île de granit magnifique. Chaque chambre ainsi que le salon est équipé de télévisions à écran plat. Dans la zone extérieure, vous trouverez une piscine magnifique et un spa avec de belles caractéristiques rocheuses. Il y a aussi une table à manger, une table de billard et un bar et une télévision en plein air. Votre grand paradis tropical en plein air est équipé de nombreux sièges pour tout le monde.

This beautiful home was the perfect destination for me to celebrate my 70th year with my family and friends. It had everything we needed to enjoy our time together. The pool and patio area are absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay, and close to the beach. There are two refrigerators which was nice. Beach chairs and wagons were there, no umbrellas or beach toys so we bought them. We left the toys for the next guests. The only thing we didn’t like was not having a bathroom close to the pool area. We had 10 and we weren’t crowded at all. Asked for more dish towels and they were delivered the same day. Nice response time from the management team!

Property perfect for our three families. Location was perfect too, quick easy walk to the beach for evening sunsets, and also quick walk to many stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily! We had the best time and would definitely book again.

The house is a very short walk to the beach. It’s about 6 houses away from beach access point. The house is also a short walk to a few restaurants nearby. Property management was excellent and would call in just to make sure everything is ok or if we need anything. The family really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend.

5 king rooms and a bunk room was perfect for our multi generational family group. When the ocean was rough, the pool was great! The shaded pool area was a bonus.

Great house a short walk from the beach

House was great for us. Pictures are accurate. House is a short walk off the beach - an easy 2-3 minute walk. Pool and spa were great for our kids (1-6years), us, and the grandparents. Fairly shaded so good to keep the kids out of the sun.
House is in good condition for a rental and had everything you would expect. Large kitchen, good dining table. Spacious living room. Plenty of beach stuff in the garage. Nice shower outdoors for after the beach.

Wonderful Stay
Everything was absolutely amazing!! Having said, the house we stayed at could use a few updates in the near future. The location was great. Only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The location approx in the middle of the island, Pine Ave and Bridge St was perfect. All in all, I wish we didn't have to go home!!

Great New Discovery
Overall a great family home for vacation. Everything we needed was there. We had not been to Anna Marie Island before but very familiar with Gulf Coast locations for years. Decided to try this area for first time and no disappointments. We had 4 different families and everyone fit - with plenty of room to manuver and not step on each other. distance to beach was great. We stocked house with nearly everything. Even items they said they DID NOT have were there - coolers, umbrellas, floats. Would recommend this house.

Great location, not so great accommodations
The location of this house is perfect! Close to the beach and restaurants....but that’s about the only good thing. The kitchen/living room space was also good for our group of 9. However, we were looking for a pool with sun, so based on the featured photo we thought that’s what we would get but that was not the case - it was mostly shade all day. Wifi was spotty at best and most of the tv’s had to be changed manually for the volume or did not work at all (too many universal remotes/cable provider, etc), which isn’t the end of the world but annoying none the less. Some TV’s in the bedroom didn’t work at all. The whole place needs updating, it’s outdated and just doesn’t feel clean - furniture is stained/dirty, kitchen cabinets & appliances are scummy, floor tiles are cracked, tub has mildew on the caulking. Also, some of the bowls/utensils were not washed very well and there was a pile of dirty clothes left from previous guests in one of the closets. Lastly, for the amount of money we spent for one week (which I fully expected to pay for a house this size and the location) I expected more than a few rolls of 1ply toilet paper and ZERO cleaning supplies. I do not expect to have a fully stocked kitchen/bathroom but at least enough paper towels/TP to get us through the week, plenty of dishwasher detergent and at least a tub Clorox wipes. There wasn’t even sweetener packets for coffee or salt & pepper. We left garbage bags, paper towels, good TP, coffee filters and salt & pepper for the next guests - hope that helps! No one wants to check in and not have those very basic items.

This is a fantastic home on beautiful Anna Maria Island - very convenient if you needed to run to the store, and super close to the beach. It's a beautiful, and very comfortable. We had family come in from different parts of the country, 11 adults - and the house was perfect for our needs.
Bedrooms were great, plenty of baths, impressive pool and hot tub area w/ooutdoor bar/bbq, and pool table, was lots of fun. The beach, the beach...very close and breathtaking beach. Would definitely consider coming back as it is that good!!!

Amazing Memories Made
We traveled with 7 kids and 4 adults and the house was perfect for our group! The kids spent endless hours in the pool. The bigger kids enjoyed the outside pool table. The house is a short walk to the beach and the kids enjoyed riding waves on boogie boards. We cooked every meal at the house and the kitchen had all the pots & pans we needed. This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and we will be back!

Best Beach Vacation Ever
Our family of twelve (9 adults and three children) had a remarkable beach vacation in this house just 5 minutes from the private beach. We saw dolphins and a manatee and amazing sunsets. The house was beach-themed and updated. Pool area was awesome for our kids with a graduated entry into the pool especially for our 2 year-old and 5 year-old. Water temperature in the Gulf was perfect and water very clear and calm. We would return again to same house, same beach. We have never been to Anna Maria Island but very family-friendly and convenient. We loved everything about our family vacation this year!

Perfect house and location for intergenerational vacation. It could not have been better.
We could not have asked for a better home for our AMI vacation. This being our third trip to AMI, we already had high expectations and this house exceeded them. The location six houses down from the beach was perfect and the pool and hot tub are where we spent the bulk of the day. All of our plans of kayaking and biking were for naught as we just could not leave the house.

Wonderful rental experience. The house was nice, clean and well stocked. We appreciated the beach chairs and pool toys. I would definitely rent this house again, or any of the other homes owned by AMI. It was a very smooth experience.

We had 10 ppl sleep there and 17 ppl for my fathers 80th bday and everything was lovely! The backyard is such a great use of space. Perfect space to gather a large group of people to enjoy a swimming pool, hot tub, pool table and we even did cornhole. Highly recommend!!

Relaxing family getaway
Would recommend this property and stay here again! Check in is easy with keypad instruction, which was great with unexpected trip delays. The house location is perfect and only a short stroll to the beach. Beach towels and some beach items were included (Pool noodles, 2 fair condition umbrellas and cart that is on it’s last leg, but still got the job done). The pool/patio area made for a great spot to relax after a full day at the beach with outdoor TV, grill, and fridge. We’re a family that enjoys to cook together, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. Beds were comfortable as well. The house was perfectly tidy on arrival. And a Publix for grocery shopping is just a quick 5 minute drive. Just an absolute joyful trip! We didn’t want for anything and all needs were met beyond expectation!

Absolutely delightful
The pool was beautiful and the home was perfect! The location is a short walk to the beach and many dining areas. Also only a 4 minute drive to the Publix grocery store (where we seemed to go every day). We appreciated having the beach chairs, swim toys and umbrellas! Very well stocked in that department! It would be nice to have the place stocked with laundry soap, more dish soap and dishwasher detergent, paper towels and extra toilet paper though. All in all a perfect vacation!

Beautiful pool, great location
We had small kids and it was no problem walking to the beach and ice cream shop each day. When we stayed put, the pool was amazing for all ages.
Some feedback to consider: the kitchen needs new knives, they were either broken or extremely dull. Also, there were limited towel racks/hooks to hang wet bathing suits and towels.

Great House For a Family!
Stayed in house for spring break with my family of 6 and another family of 5.
Was perfect for all 11 of us! Kids played in pool, Adults hung out on patio by pool.
Private backyard is fenced in all the way around.
Beach is only 6 houses down and there is an access path right to it.
Our time was spent 50/50 between beach and pool.
Nice quiet neighborhood that felt very welcoming.
Would definitely stay here again!

Almost a 5 Star Review
This is a wonderful, spacious house with a nice pool, Jacuzzi, pool table, and open kitchen/dining/family room that accommodated our two families of 10 well for a week. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the AC worked well. The house is a 3 minute walk to a beach where you can walk for hours.
With that said, there were some initial disappointments that can be easily addressed for future clients. While we were told the start-up items would be limited, basic condiments (salt and pepper) and coffee filters should be provided. In the kitchen, there were only three towels for drying dishes. There was no cork screw. The frying pans saw their best day three years ago. The steak knives were all chipped. In the downstairs master bath, there is no place to hang bath towels. By no means are these game stoppers; however, for the amount of money paid for a rental of this caliber, these items never should have become an issue.
Together, the above items were offset by a great property in a wonderful location. AMI Locals was a good firm to work with. Always responsive. We would not hesitate to rent from them again.
