Casa de banho bonita mas pouco funcional

Pequeno almoço variado, muito bom e com rápida reposição. Quarto limpo e espaçoso e a casa de banho tinha shampoo e gel de banho. Spa muito agradável e lista variada de tratamentos. Muito profissionais, recomendo. Restaurante 5 estrelas. Perfeito! Todo o staff foi muito simpático e prestável.

Do facto de obrigarem a usar touca mesmo tendo cabelo pequeno e cobrarem. E também não fornecerem chinelos para o Spa, que é costume neste tipo de hotéis, e cobrarem 15€ pelos chinelos.

Os pequenos almoços são variados e com uma boa qualidade. As camas muito confortáveis e a limpeza exímia. Os funcionários são muito prestáveis e simpáticos. A piscina no rooftop está bem concebida e o espaço envolvente é bastante agradável.

Não há nada de que não tenha mesmo gostado, mas deixo uma sugestão: as flores colocadas nos 2 extremos da piscina podiam ser substituídas por objetos mais intemporais, tal como acontece com as bolas brancas que têm no topo da mesma. Seria uma decoração mais sóbria.

A piscina tinha água pouco quente, o banho turco nem sempre funciona e não existem chuveiros no local da piscina com água quente para passar o corpo antes de entrar na piscina. Os 2 chuveiros que existem são de água fria só que justificaram que serviam para choque térmico…. Só existe banho turco e não funciona continuamente. Sauna não existe. Disseram para passar o corpo por água no balneário e depois entrar na área de piscina , o que não faz sentido nenhum. Na minha opinião é hotel de 3 estrelas superior com melhoramentos a incrementar. Relação preço/qualidade desiquilibrada

Sugestão para o Menu Pensão Completa: Oferecer a opção de pagar a diferença por pratos não incluídos no menu da pensão completa poderia enriquecer a experiência gastronômica dos hóspedes, evitando repetições frequentes.

I loved the staff they were always very friendly and nice. The pool and rooftop are amazing and the room is big. You can stay there and you don't even need to leave since they offered a lot of activities and different food for every meal of the day. Boticas is a very nice place to visit and the hotel is in a great place in the center of the village.

The spa lacks privacy since people can see inside. The bathroom isn't functional at all, everything is small and the disposition and the fact that only a curtain separates it from the bed seems a bit off for this kind of place. Also the windows can't be fully closed so you will get light in the room in the morning as you can see in the fotos.

The rooftop area and pool is great for relaxing with a drink from the bar located on the rooftop. There is a secure garage under the hotel. The rooms are perfect. The breakfast is delicious and a massive variety of food.

The Boticas Hotel Art & SPA, is very friendly and welcoming hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The dedication welcoming card was well appreciated. We had the opportunity to enjoy massage at the SPA, and recommended it. The request was for a couples ( full body relaxing ) massage. Both had the same opinion, it was well worth it. The restaurant, although a few hiccups, the restaurant manager took it upon him to correct it without me having to request anything.

During my stay we didn't have issues. But expected that the pools ( indoor and outdoor ) would be much bigger than they are in reality. There was not much to see from our bedroom window.

Clean and modern

No outdoor areas. The tables and chairs by reception are enclosed outside so not really “outside”.. The artificial turf by the outside pool is tacky. A deck or outside tiles would look much nicer. The pool only opens at 8.00 so there’s no outdoor areas to do early morning exercise. The soundproofing between rooms is shocking! You can hear everything!

Sadly, our experience at the hotel was not great. The reception staff was not very friendly and could not handle an emergency situation well at all. Our room shower flooded and it took them more than 20 minutes to show up and bring... two towels! Then, the toilet was affected by the flood and the room smelled like feces, so we had to change rooms. No apologies whatsoever, or an offer for a complimentary drink for our trouble. Also, let's mention that the toilet has no door that closes, so you can hear and smell everything that happens in there; not a great situation even if you're staying with a partner. There's also no door for the shower or bathroom; just a flimsy curtain to separate it from the room. This is a glaring design issue that will definitely not please any guest. Dinner at the restaurant was also not great. We had every vegetarian option and they were pretty bland, and ridiculously expensive for what you get (17 euro for a heap of couscous and sad veggies). Breakfast is quite decent, but again, service was so uncomfortable, with one girl just staring at the guests and not welcoming or offering to help in any way. Besides the manager lady, the staff seems to consist of high school kids who are in training. They're sweet, but obviously inexperienced and nervous to make any decision on their own. So, that felt uncomfortable with every interaction. The spa was nice, and since there were not many guests staying there, we enjoyed some quiet time relaxing. This hotel wants to be an artsy boutique hotel, but it needs much better service and facilities to be so.

The pool has very little shade and it’s just impossible to seat under the sun during the really hot days.

Awesome facilities, nice staff, great location

there’s some dust and spider nets under the beds. Would be good to clean it every once in a while because when something fell we decided not to reach it with our hands due to how dirty it was.

Staff is amazing and super helpful. Spa needs reservations and that ensures only 10 people use per hour, which is great, you can enjoy all facilities. Restaurant food also great. Will surely be back.

Pillows, it's my favorite thing in hotels when pillows are good. These were not hotel quality.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Nice spacious bed. Very good natural lightening. The restaurant just "saved" our stay at this hotel and actually was the top moment: the food was delicious and perfectly cooked, with a touch of local delicacies, as the staff was friendly and pleasant. Despite the roof top pool was closed regarding the season, it's a great place to spend some time in the sun. Nice views. Charger spots for Electric Vehicles as a courtesy of the hotel.

The room, regarding its bed size, could be a bit more spacious. The SPA is small, so is the pool and the Jacuzzi. For a SPA zone we expect a calm and peaceful place to relax. Unfortunately the SPA is accessible to small children and all I could hear were screaming, shouting and splashing all the time we've spent there. The decoration is not bright and somehow the hotel reminded me a youth hostel. We've paid a half board, but the range is tight so we had to pay a significant amount as an extra to choose what we've wanted to have.

Location and facilities. Value for money

Lots of incidents during my stay. Water dripping from the bathroom ceiling on the first room. Went down to the spa, jacuzzi not working. Go up to the second room tv not working.
