We spent three days and two nights at the condo for a family Christmas trip. The place was fairly new and beautiful. The neighborhood was decent. We didn't hear anything from the restaurant/bar that was a short distance from our balcony. We loved the location. It was within 10-15 minutes drive of everything we wanted on the Riverwalk. ... Beware of one thing: The unit is three stories, with one bedroom on the ground floor off the garage and two bedrooms on the third floor. If you are older like us, or have somebody recovering from a broken ankle (also us) getting up and down the stairs is a challenge.

Very clean, modern townhome; equipped with all the necesities. Great safe neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Walking distance to the Pearl. This place has both family and adult venues. Very responsive host. Our family enjoyed the time spent here. We plan on returning in the future.

Very nice property and perfect for our weekend getaway. Beds were comfy although pretty creaky. Location was good with easy access to sights. We walked to the Velvet Taco and would highly recommend their unique delicious food. We also walked to the Pearl and saw Christmas lights on the River Walk there. Lots of photo ops. The Lonesome Rose next door had a nice outdoor area but was kind of loud between 12 and 2am. Not a big deal for us. Property mgr checked in but we didn’t have any issues. We’d stay again if we need a place in San Antonio.

Extremely clean and wonderful property. Great location and easy to get downtown. Beds were very comfortable. Property managers were friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend

We recently spent a few years in San Antonio with the Army and lived in an apt in the Pearl so we were familiar with area. Its a great location! Its a 2-3 block walk to the Pearl and all the restaurants. There is some construction in the area but its a very quiet neighborhood atnight and overall it felt safe. I did have to chuckle when I read that there was a 10 pm curfew for noise given that there is a bar behind the building. Their noise was never an issue for us. I would not let that deter you. The inside is just as pictured, and management checked in with us to make sure everything was Ok.

The rules stated that no loud noises after 10 PM, however, they should’ve stated that there is a bar located next door to the townhouse which does not close until 2 PM and plays loud music. This would have been a big factor in me and my family staying there!

The property was great and in a great location. I would be tempted to come back or even purchase something like it in the future.

Everything was beautiful and felt like a home away from home. If you are planning a trip in the San Antonio area you should definitely consider staying here!

Great location with plenty of room

The property is located close to downtown, about an 8-10 minute walk to The Pearl and lots of nearby bars and restaurants on St.Mary’s. I don’t recommend this area for families with children and teens. It’s definitely located in an area that is better suited for adults looking for night life. The area is obviously being revamped with lots of new construction and renovation. The streets are terrible. Lots of construction. This is out of the owners control; but this should be notated in the listing. Also, you are directly behind a bar that blares music until 1-2am. We were awoken multiple nights in a row to LOUD music playing at 1a. While there are is a lot of space, the house is lacking a few amenities. 1. If you don’t have a Netflix or Hulu account, good luck with TV. 2. The bedding and linens are lackluster, at best. There were 2 towels and washcloths in each bathroom the bedding is not good quality. 3. There wasn’t a single hanger to be found in the entire house or in any closets. 4. There isn’t a tv in the upstairs guest bedroom. 5. The lighting in the house is terrible, especially in the bedrooms. You have to open the curtains during the day to even be able to see. Other little things that we noticed were the curtain rods were about to fall in several places, the sink leaked in one bathroom, the water pressure in the showers is awful, light switches are in the oddest of places in all rooms, and the insulation is obviously not great because you can hear everything the person in the next room is saying. Overall, I give it a 2-3 star just out of courtesy.

Great stay in a historic area of town. I would stay there again.

Great location with easy access to the Pearl and downtown Riverwalk. Space was nice and well equipped. Perfect for an adult family extended weekend stay in San Antonio

Beautiful home with lots of stairs, very clean and modern. The only issue we had is the internet did not work and if you do not have internet you are not able to watch TV.

Beautiful home we enjoyed our stay there all the amenities that we needed did have a little trouble with ants on our last day there would highly recommend this place and will probably stay there again

This was our second time to stay at this property and we loved it once again. Within blocks of the River Walk allowed for a great morning run every day. We also love the openness of the kitchen. Perfect for some good family time.

The location was perfect for what we came to do. The house was clean and beautiful. The whole family enjoyed staying in the house.

The owner was very responsive and property was clean and ready. I appreciate the owner communication throughout our stay. Love having a full kitchen and table to be able to keep our routine of dinner around the table when we travel. Great location.

The property was clean and well appointed. Location was with in a short walk to the Pearl District. A short drive to the river walk. Lots of options.

This home is beautiful. It’s super clean and lots of amenities you don’t always get at other places (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, even coffee!) We had an amazing trip. Slight snafu with one of the thermostats but Lee called in less than 5 minutes and walked us through how to unlock it. Lee reached out every day to make sure we were ok and see if we had any questions. He’s a great property owner. Some of the earlier reviews mentioned the bar next door. We could hear a little noise from there but it did not keep any of us awake. A little White Noise app on your phone will drown it right out. The area around the house is under construction and you walk through a little industrial area to get to the Pearl District. It looks unsettling but we never felt unsafe even at night so don’t worry. If we ever go back, we would stay here again, and I’ll certainly look for any of Lee’s other properties in other cities. Thank you!

Home was very clean, enough space for my family, and about 15 -20minutes from attractions. Will return

This was a great property and centrally located to the San Antonio Riverwalk area - we had a few minor issues during our stay but the owner Lee was very respective to each matter and acted on them quickly to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again when returning to the San Antonio area - Thanks Lee for a great stay.
