Our kids very much enjoyed having a pool to play in, great albeit small space. Fit my husband and I and our 5 kids. Would stay again if we went to Kelowna.

I loved our stay. Epic pool and backyard, absolute outdoor paradise. A/C system worked extremely well especially during high temperatures. Hosts were incredibly lovely, easygoing and helpful.

This property was amazing and will definitely be booking again. It was so hot during our stay so having out own pool was amazing. The hot tub when the evenings cooled down made it so we never had to leave the property. Great hosts.

Everything from the booking, to communicating with Mark and Jovi was seamless. This was a great place for us to unwind. My 2 and half year old really enjoyed the pool and the little sand area. The view is great if you don't mind some traffic noise. There were just a couple of things which would have been nice. 1. An extra bathroom. 2. Slightly wider beds. 3. Some sort of a shaded area near the barbecue since it can get quite hot since it is west facing. That being said, at this price point, these are not cons. Just a 'would have been nice'. The suite was cozy and clean, and the outdoor area was top notch! It worked well for our family of 3 (plus small pup) and we only wish we had booked more time here. Mark and Jovi were great hosts (congrats again!) and you can tell they really take care of the space. The area is close to amenities and near the highway, so you hear some traffic noise, but not bad at all. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Excellent Vacation
This property was perfect for our famiily vacation. Mark was an excellent host and the property was very well maintained. The pool and the view of Kelowna are awesome!

Great place, somewhat noisy. Smoke and wildfires cut short our vaca.
What was meant to be a much needed break from the stresses of the pandemic and all that’s meant to my family ended up being more stress and the most expensive weekend break we’ve ever had. The smoke was so bad there it kicked off my allergies and I ended up with regular nose bleeds (ugh). While there they closed the coquihalla highway which was blocked by the fire. Between the stress of worrying about our ability to get home safely and being unable to enjoy being outside we decided after two days of our weeks break to pack up and head back home. Unfortunately with the agreement you find here you don’t get any funds back in this situation so I’ve learned something there. I’d recommend with the increase in interior wildfires you think carefully and know the cancellation timing. Certainly we should have cancelled. I have to stress Mark was very responsive whenever we contacted him. Clearly the renters have put in a lot of work to make this normally a great place to stay. Upside is you get your own pool which is a real luxury and the view is gorgeous. It’s also very easy to find and not at all far from many places to eat and DT Kelowna. Downside is the property is just up the hill from a busy main road which does intrude on your ability to relax (smoke or not). The property is the downstairs of a house and so you do get to hear them moving around and their dog barking a friendly hello. If you live in an apartment or similar nothing to be concerned about.

Nice spot.
This property checks off all of the basics minus no onsite laundry and 24/7 highway traffic. The pool and the hot tub are simply awesome. The owners upstairs were very quiet and the management company was very responsive. From this location, it is very easy to zip around Kelowna.

Summer Getaway
Beautiful pool / backyard oasis. Central location and very family friendly! Mark and Jovi are great hosts, would definitely recommend their place for anyone needing some rest and relaxation.

Outdoor Experience A+
We stayed for a week and the experience was outstanding. Pool, deck, bbq, hot tub, sand and view amazing. Thank god we had this as it was over 40 degrees. The owner is very helpful and extremely kind. Only issue we had was the really hot weather - we couldn’t do as much as a family off the property. The property itself is very good and lends itself to social gatherings.

Idyllic Property
This property overlooks the town of Kelowna all the way to Lake Okanagan. Beautiful vista of sprawling orchards below and foothills in the background. The property has excellent outdoor amenities. The pool has the feel of an infinity pool. Its wrapped on two sides by a spacious deck with outdoor eating area. BBQ, hot tub and outdoor bar a nice touch. The inside was quaint yet comfortable. Lacking some amenities but certainly having everything one required. Loved our stay and would consider returning.

Great views and location
Very nice yard to hang out in, too bad quite smoky this week so didn’t use the pool but it sure looked nice! The beds were very comfortable , and the wine and coffee were put to good use! Thank you!!

Great Property!

Beautiful get away
The view is stunning! Hot tub was great. The pool was beautiful but cold. We had an exceptional time. Location is perfect, not too far from anything you might want to enjoy. I would highly recommend this location.

Great outdoor Space
Great neighborhood, outdoor space is amazing, so nice having the pool, some reviews mention the pool being cold. I didn’t mind that considering the week we were there it was mid 30’s. Rooms are a good size, only downfall for us was lack of kitchen supplies. Pans are not the greatest food tends to stick but was manageable. Could use some Tea towels, I bought 2 and some hand towels. Overall good value for your money. There was 6 of us and plenty of room, we really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic break.
Million dollar views and a pool....... what more could you want for a week away. Although this is a basement suite you’d never know it. The only time we saw Mark was when he changed the gas on the bbq for us. Always available on the phone to answer any questions we had. A real pleasure to have spent the week here. Thanks so much Mark. We’ll be back.

Beautiful location close to town but still private
We had an amazing time staying here for 9 days. Mark was awesome responding to any issues we had and the property itself was beautiful! We loved having private access to the hot tub and pool (although the pool is not heated as advertized, it wasnt an issue for us), and being able to use the BBQ to cook meals. The space was cozy but plenty big enough for the 2 of us and even with more people it would have been roomy enough. There were a few small cleaning things we noticed (food beside the fridge and under counters) and it would have been nice to have a few more cooking tools (such as a cheese grater and maybe a second spatula that isnt metal as I was afraid to scratch the pans), but overall I would 100% stay here again and I hope to come back in the future ❤

Cozy 2 bedroom suite with pool
We enjoyed this 2 bedroom suite - it was clean and very appropriate for our group. The pool and hot tub and deck with BBQ were features for us. The pool is a bit small and not very deep- but good for the smaller kids. The unit did NOT have an oven and this presented a bit of a challenge for us but we did manage to use the BBQ. The stove is induction cooktop so only the metal pans supplied worked. The kitchen supplies were a bit scarce but Mark was very responsive and able to supply us on necessary items. Overall, this was a great peaceful getaway for us.

Private man made beach on a hill
Wonderful little place on the east side of town. Beautiful view overlooking orchards and the city. Love the sunsets and the private beach sand for the kids. Played with that every morning for at least an hour. Very clean, despite the ants - they are harmless though, nice layout with private hot tub, and pool. Note though, pool is not heated, so if you visit Kelowna during cool or mild summer don't expect to be swimming for long.
Would I stay again? Yes, the price is right if you wish to be slightly removed from downtown.

Amazing View and Extremely Clean Inside and Out!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was extremely refreshing to stay at a rental that was spotless. The hot tub and pool were clean and lots of towels were available. The view from the bedroom was spectacular! Mark was a gracious host, we look forward to booking when we are in the Kelowna area again.

Great stay
We had a great stay! This is our second year in a row booking this property. The pool is amazing as well as the view. The location is close to everything. The suite is a perfect size for what you need. Mark is a great host and helps with anything you need. I would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing stay in Kelowna
Thank you Mark for the amazing 5 days at your property! The location is great, with amazing views of Kelowna, mountains and a vineyard. The outdoor space is worth every penny, amazing pool and entertaining space, and the hot tub is an added perk! The indoor space was nice and clean. Both the bedrooms were spacious. The only downfall I would say was the pull out couch was not the comfiest bed, a pretty hard surface, but we rotated beds every night so it didn’t bother us too much. The pull out bed in the one bedroom was comfortable though! The bathroom and kitchen were great, only thing I would add is maybe some better knives and a few more cutting boards but otherwise good kitchen supplies and very clean! Another small detail but I as helpful for a large group (especially girls) lots of mirrors to get ready with. Overall would definitely recommend this place, the owner was great with communication and check in and check out was easy. Beautiful place for a great price! Thanks again Mark!

Marks Basement Suite
Mark was great to deal with, the amenities such as the pool and hot tub were great and decently private. The only thing we were disappointed about was the fact that is was a basement suite and that was not advertised. Overall, I would recommend this house and possibly stay here again.

Amazing location and space
The location really isn’t that far from the beaches in Kelowna or Vernon it is nice to be right off the highway. The space was clean and the pool and hot tub are amazing. Mark was so great to deal with we will be back forsure.

Nice place. Good location. Owner was very courteous
We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The place was located well with easy access to DT kelowna as well as near highways if we wanted to go other places like wine tours, kalamalka etc etc. Mark (The owner) was very considerate also. We were dealing with heavy smoke due to the fires in CA and Mark made sure that the pool was nice and clean for us to use.

Perfect yard and deck area for the whole family!
We had an amazing time. The property is close to everything. The pool and deck area was a highlight for my teenagers. Anytime I had a question Mark would respond so quickly. The teens want this house to be a yearly thing.

Clean suite, Great pool and great location
We had a great stay. The pool was very nice as it has a shallow end for wading and a deeper end for swimming. A great way to cool off. We also were able to use the hot tub which was nice at night in between the pool. The suite is very nice as well and it slept our group of 6 very comfortably. I will definitely request to stay again as the hosts were very accommodating. The location is really close to everything we wanted to do around Kelowna. The separate designated parking is close to the suite and only a few steps down to the patio area where we spent a lot of our time when at the house. The kitchen and BBQ area is very convenient as well. The suite was very clean and comfortable.
