The idiot previous Italian government did not allow to heat the rooms and it was 17.5 C omly.

Amazing place to stay , the Staff is wonderful since you get there until you left , Paride is a Great gentleman and the hospitality & and treatment is outstanding, I don't have anything to say negative or to complain , they have a great rooms with spaces , hot water ,breakfast , wifi and very important parking with gated security . Paride surprised us with a Balsamic manufacture tour in wich we learn plenty of how is made till how is bottle , on top of that we were able to taste it! Definitely will be back and bring more friends!!! Thank you guys for everything been beyond perfection.

Wonderful stay! The owner was delightful and took the time to make our stay above and beyond! The tour and explanation of their balsamic vinegar was a true pleasure. We considered ourselves lucky to have the opportunity to try the house Traditional Balsamic of Modena. The breakfast every morning was splendid. A great start to the day, especially compared to what you will get out in town for breakfast. If you have the chance to stay here, you should take advantage of the opportunity!

The property was very pretty and comfortable with lots of space. Paride was absolutely great host, very nice and helpful. We had a great time at his place and learned a lot about the best balsamic vinegar in Modena.

The owner, Mr Paride, was very friendly and obliging. He spoke little English, and we spoke little Italian, but we got by just fine with Google Translate. He also has a balsamic vinegar cellar which can be toured if you ask. There was a good selection at breakfast.

Consider a ceiling fan in the summer perhaps?

Very very friendly owner of the place, did not speak English but used translate app so made the stay very welcome. Nice and renovated room, air conditioned, nice breakfast too. A tour about traditional Balsamico vinegar is possible which was very nice. Overall recommended place to stay.

A very busy road next to the B&B so it might be slightly disturbing at night. The air conditioning was working only when window open (probably because of the temperature sensing) and was not adjustable. The owner speaks only Italian so for some it might be a bit difficult.

The BEST B&B we have been in 40 years!
