Summer House 606A est absolument magnifique !! Ce condo n'était pas auparavant une propriété locative et dispose de tant de mises à jour généreuses! C'est une unité de coin de l'extrémité ouest à Summer House avec une grande terrasse autour du pont offrant un accès à la terrasse de chaque chambre et le salon.
La cuisine mise à jour dispose de magnifiques comptoirs en quartz blanc, tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers Samsung en acier inoxydable, et est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour dîner et divertir!
La salle à manger a des sièges pour 8 avec 2 sièges supplémentaires au bar de la cuisine.
Le mobilier de salon est confortable et offre de nombreux sièges et une grande télévision à écran plat intelligente tout en donnant sur les magnifiques plages de sucre blanc et les eaux chaudes du Golfe.
La chambre principale donne sur la plage et a accès au pont avant du golfe. Il dispose d'un lit king-size habillé de draps frais et de la literie pour chaque invité. Le bain principal est mis à jour avec une promenade, une douche carrelée et une porte de douche sans cadre.
Les deux chambres ont un accès au pont et l’une dispose d’un lit king-size et les 2 autres lits doubles. La salle de bain d'invité est également mise à jour avec une baignoire et une douche avec des carreaux. Les deux chambres d'hôtes ont une télévision.

Summer House did not disappoint. This condo has a gorgeous view of the beach and is easily accessible to both the pool and the beach. We stayed with some friends and there was plenty of room for us. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. The condos themselves are going through renovations but the host made sure we were well aware of this ahead of time and it wasn't overly disruptive to our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We were told about construction disturbance only days before we arrived.
Third bedroom had no dresser or closet space.
Some of the furniture was in disrepair.
Our feet were black from waking barefoot on the floor

The unit was just as described. Check in was a breeze and everything was super clean. It was a great size and perfect for our family of 6. The wrap around balcony was amazing but The ONLY downfall was the construction going on RIGHT next door. It was so loud that we couldn’t enjoy the balcony at all. We were told by others that it was supposed to start at 8 am but there were mornings that I heard beeping and such at 4:30 am. We couldn’t enjoy the pool either because the sound was so loud. I reached out to the property owner and I truly believe they were unaware with how bad the construction really was. They refunded me some money and I thought that was generous. We spent our whole day at the beach every day and we could still hear the construction, but it didn’t bother us as bad down there. Had I known about the construction I wouldn’t have booked here. However, with no construction, this place is the PERFECT place. Ask about construction first! Lesson learned.

We rented for family of 8 (2 kids 6 adults) parking only for 1 car addl pass $58. I was aware. however overflow parking was 69 per day for 3rd car at 1 place and could only park at another option when not business hours. Several days spent fretting over 3rd vehicle even though 1/2 parking lot was empty. Doing construction on condo next door. No sleep past 7:30 and NON STOP shrill noise all day and too noisy to use pools or nap! Condo was not stocked to my liking! Margherita machine but no lid! Only 1 baking pan. Also stove top was a hazard. Got bumped and turned on way too easily and could have caused a fire if something near heat. Also 5 towels for party of 8. We had to go buy towels and do a load of laundry daily! Condo appeared mostly clean but when I wore white socks and walked on floor for about 30 mins socks were black. The people I dealt with were the best part of stay. Very kind and efficient. I think I could have done better for the money.

This condo was perfect! We had great access to the beach and pool, grocery stores across the road, and yummy restaurants close by! We saw dolphins almost every day from our balcony! We really enjoyed our time on the balcony. I was disappointed there wasn’t a table on the balcony, as the picture showed, but we made the best of it! There was very loud construction going on at the condo building right next to us, right off our condo, at the next Summer House building, that was disruptive to our time in the pool and on our balcony and our toddlers nap time. But when they werent there it was nice. However, management gave us a discount!

l/hot tub area was nice. Beach access was short and easy. The early construction work next door was a little frustrating but understandable as we went later in the season. The wrap around balcony and room on the balcony was awesome! Having access from all of the bedrooms to the balcony was a great advantage especially for two adult couples! Great stay, will try to book same room every year from now on!

The property was just as described. There were a few maintenance issues during our stay, sliding glass door in living room did not lock and guest toilet/bath had a few minor issues that were reported and tended to during our stay. Nothing that affected our stay. The large balcony was a plus!! The view was amazing and beach/pool acess were great. Orange Beach has a small town vibe, not much going on after 9pm that we could see. Overall great stay for our 3 kids, myself, husband and mother.

The condo was great. it was in a wonderful location, beautiful views of the ocean, pool, and sunsets. a minute away from shopping and food. The beds and couches were very comfortable. the beach toys and beach wagon were awesome to have and used for the week to carry canopy, cooler, and towels. saw dolphins off the deck every single day. Keurig Coffee on the deck in the morning was great.

Our stay was perfect! Check-in was easy. I liked the fact that text messages were sent by staff asking how our stay was. The place was beautiful, beds comfy. The kitchen was great! Anything we needed to cook was there! I was elated that there was a keurig coffee machine! The beds were super comfy, loved all the extra pillows that were available. The balcony was awesome as was the outdoor pools! We already re-booked for next spring!

We booked this two days prior to arriving as an approximate half way break in our drive home from family in Florida to our home in Arkansas. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The property itself needs some updating and TLC but we would stay here again.

We were looking for easy access to the beach and plenty of space for our 8 and 2 year olds. This place was perfect. The wrap around porch was lovely. The beach views and beach access was ideal. Beaches were not overly crowded. The condo included a beach cart with chairs and sand toys which was a huge bonus as far as packing. We really enjoyed our time here

Needs work.
An email from the agent said there was a sofa/sleeper, which was not right. There was an air mattress, but no way to inflate it. Many of the kitchen utensils and cook ware are old and needs replacing. The lining on all of the drapes are torn and hanging loose.

Annual Girls Trip
The condo is lovely - nicely decorated, comfortable beds, and the icemaker works. It is a corner unit with a very large balcony so you have great views of the beach and the sunsets.
We had a few things that were not functioning:
1. The closet in the primary bedroom would only open about five inches, so I could not hang clothes. One of the sliding doors was up the track. I immediately texted the host. They responded quickly and said it would be addressed.
2. Living room TV did not work - the screen was damaged. This was not a deal breaker for our group, but may have been a nightmare for a family with young children. This was immediately reported and acknowledged.
Both issues were never looked into or resolved by our host contacts. They followed up after we had checked out and apologized. Nice, but we were gone by then.
3. The condo facility needs some TLC.

Great beach vaca💙
Summerhouse was a great condo right on the beach! Great corner unit w/wrap around balcony. You can watch the sun rise in the morning & sunset in the evening! It was a lovely vuew! Also the unit is above the pool area & very easy access to pool, & beach.
The condo had all you need for a week or weekend @ the beach. All 3 bedrooms have tvs which was nice. Very comfortable accommodations.
The condo is decorated cute & beachy and it was very clean!
We will be back to Summerhouse!

Spring Break with the Family
My husband and I brought our 11 yr old grandson, our adult kids and their significant others for several days at Orange Beach. The condo was as pictured. Location and condo amenities were as described and very convenient for our time there. There was some construction going on in the Summer House building next to us that started early each morning waking us up and putting a damper on our morning coffee on the balcony. The only other thing I’d suggest is a thorough cleaning. On the surface things appear clean. But when you settle in, you begin to notice that the condo hasn’t had a good cleaning in quite awhile.
Overall though, our stay was nice and we’d consider booking again sometime. Thanks for the easy check in.

Nice updated unit and easy access to the beach
The property itself is old, but has been very well maintained. We were surprised, in a good way, of how nice everything was at this older property. The unit we stayed in was updated and was very nice. There was plenty of room for us and our guests. The balcony was nice and spacious. The convince to the beach was spectacular! Warning, I did have friends in other units that were not as updated as ours and was not nearly as nice as this unit. I would recommend this place and especially this unit.

Outstanding condo and location.
Very nicely decorated property. There was plenty of space for the 3 of us. Lovely view of the gulf and pool from the deck. The side decks overlook the next building and parking lot, but that was fine as the main seating is on the beach side. The kitchen had everything we needed including a Keurig. Overall a great experience.

Condo was very nice and clean.
At 9:00 on the 14th I sent a text to the 24/7 phone no listed on the checkingin packet and was surprised not to hear back. We were leaving the condo & stated that ; also wanted to let you know that my son had warned us yesterday that the tub floor in guest bath was very slippery and to be careful. This morning he slipped and fell, grabbing the shower curtain and it tore some. Wanted to let you know about that so it can be checked out for future safety.
The easy check in was wonderful! We enjoyed our short visit.

Beautiful Beach Haven
This property was everything it promised and more! The condo was pristine and smelled clean and refreshing upon entry. The management company, Alabama Getaway Vacations was superior, very professional and extremely organized and attentive. The condo has beautiful beachfront views and a magnificent wraparound porch. Although the side views are the parking deck and street front. The secondary bedrooms were smaller than anticipated, but comfortable and beautiful. There we're also new beautiful teak chaises on the balcony that needed some cushions for extra comfort, as well as the dining table could us new cushions. However, overall it was an amazing time and we will return.

Beach Getaway
Great place with great beach access and views! The inside of the condo was very clean, comfortable and exactly as the pictures. While we didn’t do any cooking, it did seem to have a very well stocked kitchen. Much to our delight, they had added a Keurig!
However, the pictures of the balcony were a little misleading; the chaise lounges with cushions that are in the pictures had been changed out to wooden chaise lounges without cushions that were too uncomfortable to use. The table that is pictured showed 6 chairs however there were only 3. This made it difficult for our party of 4 to enjoy time on the balcony (my favorite place to be while at the beach).
Overall a very enjoyable trip and look forward to returning!

Very nice 3 bedroom condo on the beach. Very clean. Great view of the Gulf. Many restaurants, grocery stores and souvenir shops nearby. Accommodated my family comfortably.
