Prós: O proprietário deste quarto Sr. ORLANDO é muito atencioso e solícito. A estrutura do Flat é muito boa, inclusive conta com restaurante na beira do rio com píer próprio. A piscina é espetacular. O restaurante do Flat tem buffet por kilo no almoço e jantar com boa variedade.

Contras: No período que fiquei o Hotel tinha muitos pernilongos. Repelente é indispensável. Os restaurantes são terceirizados então tem que pagar a conta a cada consumo. O transfer para o centro é feito atualmente apenas de táxi a um custo de 20 reais o trecho.

The resort rooms are privately owned and when I rented the room via booking I was contacted directly by the owner/host. He was extremely friendly and answered my questions quickly. I absolutely loved the grounds. The staff is super friendly. Please keep in mind that they pretty much outsource everything. We were picked up at the resort and dropped off by the excursion companies, both by boat and car. It was very convenient.

The room was a little small for 3 people but it worked. The internet connection was also glitchy.

This is good choice if you want to stay someplace comfortable to use as a jumping off point to see the dunes. They have a tour company right on site, and it was easy for us to book through them. We arrived at the property a little earlier than expected and had no trouble checking in. The food at the restaurant was good and there was a large breakfast. The AC works well in the room. The pool was really large and nice.

The scene at the pool could be better though. On the weekend, there were groups of adults all blaring their own music around the pool (which was also playing music over the speakers) and drinking heavily while ignoring their children who were tearing around. I watched one kid dump an entire soda in the pool and then try to drink it up through a straw as mom ignored him. This is not the fault of the owner of the flat, I realize.
