Totul la superlativ. Personalul este foarte amabil. Condițiile sunt excelente, iar micul dejun foarte bun. Recomand 100%!

Für die Preisklasse war das Frühstück ziemlich gut.
Kaffee war gut.
Personal spricht gut Englisch und ist sehr hilfsbereit.
- Fehlender Safe
- Location ist bischen weg vom Zentrum. Aber mann für 5-6 EUR (Stand August 2024) ist man mit dem Taxi (ca. 10-15 Minuten) im Zentrum.
- Rezeption ist bis 11h Abends besetzt (keine 24-Stunden-Rezeption), war aber bei der Anreise kein Problem, es gab Kommunikation via Booking-Chat. Zur Not bleibt das Personal länger für den Check-In.

Personalul a incercat sa fie amabil. Dar din pacate nu prea au avut ce face.
In primul rand am primit initial o alta camera decat cea rezervata pe booking.
- noi am cerut o camera cu pat matrimonial iar cand am ajuns in camera erau paturi twin. Cerand camera corecata ni s-a sugerat sa unim paturile. A trebuit sa insistam pentru a primi camera rezervata.
- cred ca nu s-a adus nici o imbunatatire hotelului din momentul in care a fost deschis.
- suportul de dus era defect
- dispenserul de sapun era spart. Presupun ca propietarii vor sa faca economie la aceste tuburi de unica folosinta si le-au spart pentru a le reumple.
- tavanul avea o spartura in el
- aerul conditionat nu functiona in parametrii normali. Adica era un fel de ventilor galagios
- prosoapele erau atat de uzate incat se destramau pe margini.
- mobila era la standardul anilor 2000 si mirosul la fel.
- locatia este intr-o zona ce parea destul de periculoasa si galagioasa.
Am rezervat doar o noapte dar nu am putut ramane nici macar atat. Am fugit de acolo fara ca macar sa mai cerem banii inapoi.

The room was big for a triple room and clean. The breakfast was good with enough products. Hotel have a free parking for 8-10 cars. A very good location for one night staying.
Hotel is located into a area that is not usual for a hotel, an area with houses and with a little bit strange faces. Also till the city center is around 3.5 km and you need your car or taxi.
But over all I didn't feel unsafe.

Very kind receptionist, good location, clean room.
I was tryiing to eat dinner at restaurant, but havent found anybody in 20 minutes to order or ask for help, beside that, the breakfast was good.

Nice hotel, very big room, clean and quiet.
I booked the deluxe suite apartment for 4, but when I reached the hotel the room was no longer available and the available one was having only three beds, maybe due to some confusion. It was solved by offering us an extra room to acomodate one person. Very prompt reaction of staff that supported us.
Restaurant available for dinner.

The location was good. It was in a quiet part of the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite big. The breakfast was very varied.
The bathroom and bathroom ammenities were a bit disappointing since the photo on the site is a bit different from reality. The air conditioning, although it worked, had a very peculiar way of being turned on and it could not be turned up or down, it had only one mode of operating.

The staff, Vali and Gabi at the front desk were awesome and breakfast was good
The manager was difficult to work with and was argumentative even when we showed him our booking.com documents. The AC was non existent and again the manager didn't even want our local friends to bring us fans.

The hotel needs some attention. Our experience:
The tv remote was missing the power button.
One power outlet had a wire sticking out of it.
One light bulb was not working.
The hair drier not working.
Other things:
The light bulbs used were too dim.
The TV had sattelite TV channels, with poor reception.
